Not very clean, hair on towels and bed sheets

Location was great!

Many things such as the unavailability of parking as it was full. Therefore we needed to find public parking! Also many things were broken in our room like the lamp light, soap stand, etc. The picture in this website is very different from the actual hotel!

Great staff! Perfect Location in the center of town. The main pedestrians only shopping street, the Old Town la Pigna, famous Ariston Theatre where Sanremo Music Festival is held are right behind the hotel.Short walk to the gorgeous Empress Promenade, coastal cycling path, grocery store and numerous cafes and restaurants. The bus stop is across from the hotel connecting people to Ventimiglia and other places.Great value for your money !

Parking was not available on site but the parking was not far but expensive.

it was not allowed to get your own water to the room...........only public parking to pay, fine for two nights as we did, but rather costly for a longer stay

One man of the reception..he is real problem for the guests...mr. big. fatty lazy greasy haired...if you ask something..everything is problem and also non functioning fridge was our problem because we wasnt going to hotel bar and want to fridge to cool

Exactly in the center of San Remo at the start of the pedestrian zone.Parking available at hotel (needs reservation) or very close under the square (both paid).

Some dude was "concerting" in the square until 1am.

The staff is unpleasant and very rude to the clients. The owners, who also work as receptionists, have no understanding of customer relations. The door to the room doesn’t close properly, leaving the room unsecured, and all their sheets smell strongly of vinegar.

Location is the highlight of the hotel.Very friendly staff at the reception.

the space for the parking, also you have to make a booking for the parking space, but I did not know, for this reason I had to find another place for my car

Hotel is old, beds are small, rooms and bathroom are small. I was disappointed.

Excellent location. Moden clean rooms. Staff were very nice. Excellent location for shopping.

Parking was expensive, but considering the location it was understandable. About 24 euro per day.

No possibility to reserve car parking place. Near public garage was so expensive.

We liked the view from the room and the night manager was very nice and helped us with some tea when we asked for it.

We didn’t get the room that was shown when booking the hotel. It was a much cheaper version with “furniture “ of very budget motel. Disappointing. At check out the manager at the reception (he looked like the owner) wasn’t nice and it felt like he was annoyed with having to check people out. All together it wasn’t bad, but felt like your were cheated out of a better experience.
