The A/C did t work well at all. Didn't cool the room.

It was a pleasure staying at this hotel. There's parking on site. There's a pool, which is a bonus, and plenty of outdoor and indoor lounging areas. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. And it had a balcony with a magnificent view on the sea. The breakfast was good. It was an easy and quick walk to all major sites, beaches, restaurants, etc. The staff deserves a special shoutout, as everyone was professional, polite, and helpful. I would certainly stay here again. This is a winner.

The staff was very friendly, and the location is pretty good. The room was clean and spacious, had a big balcony. The pool was a fun addition to our stay.

We were made to feel very welcome on our arrival and given directions to the car park. The room was spacious and overlooked the pool with a peek of the ocean. Breakfast was very good.There is a path and stairs down to the main street which provides ample choice of bars and restaurants.

Difficult to adjust room temperature as the heating was unable to be turned off. It is not the easiest hotel to find as it is up the hill along some quite narrow lanes.

The Hotel was situated in a brilliant location and the staff were very helpful and made us feel at home. Overall it was an amazing Hotel.

No sockets by the bed but the Hotel was still brilliant.

The hotel staff that we interacted with was awesome. Very polite and kind, very helpful. Our bathroom was clean and nice, the price was good given the fact that the hotel has free parking and is in the center of Sanremo.

We stayed in the double economy room. Our room was only partially renovated, but you can also notice this pattern throughout the hotel. In our case the bathroom was quite nice and clean, while the room itself was very dated with a significant smell of an old hotel. I don't have better words to describe it.There is a feeling that the management is cheaping out on stuff - from the way they choose to rennovate, to the product choice and quality for breakfast.I would add that the photos for our room category were not representative. Different colours, different furniture, and in general worse looking in reality when compared to the photos.The breakfast might be ok, but when compared to the breakfast of other hotels of a similar price in Italy, the quality of the products is not at all on par with Italy's standard.

The front desk lady was super nice, really appreciate her commitment to the job even though this hotel doesn t deserve her.

Our room had a funky smell, probably from the old carpet, objects in the room were covered by a thick layer of dust, brown marks on the walls where various bugs met their maker, shower head and support haven t been cleaned w a disinfectant in a long time..outdated furniture. Would not come again.

It was okay. But could be better. Location is pretty close to the sea and main sights. Balcony is nice. Breakfast was fine as well.

A bit old hotel, with old furniture and for some reason with very old blanket with a hole. Also I expected more from the pool. We came on the second part of the day, maybe this is the reason, but it was pretty cold and dirty ( full of leaves from the trees and even some dead fly).

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel offers a great view from the balcony and its location is very close to the beach, making it super convenient for beach lovers. The breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of options beyond the typical Italian sweet breakfast. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Great hotel. Clean friendly staff. good location. Breakfast was superb. Close to the town and restaurants. Beach a short walk. If you struggle with walking up steps and hills this may not be the right location to get to the town

It is closely located near the ocean, city center.Not sure why some reviews are negative about the breakfast, we thought it had a fine selection, although it’s better to get your coffee fix from Bar Sprint nearby

The beds were quite hard, the property needs a big renovation , we even had some black mold in the bathroom. Pretty sure this place was prime time back in the day, but it has lost its shine

Great location staff were so nice, breakfast great and pool area v good, for 3 stars it was excellent value for money and immaculately clean.

I liked only location. Close to shopping streets

Room was smelling of damp and very urgently needed renovation. Small own parking and not enough for all guests. Near buy street narrow and lots of cars parked had damaged or scratches. We stayed only 1 night and moved to different hotel. Can’t rate move then 2 stars.

The room was in old Italian style, spacious, had a balcony, and the staff is amazing.

Although they have a parking lot, it is on availability which means if you take your car out for the day there may not be a spot available when you return. I think it would be great if the hotel would offer a bar outside breakfast and dinner hours, so you can still get some good Italian coffee. They do have a vending machine for coffee but it doesn’t take cards

Very clean air conditioned rooms, comfortable beds with soft bedclothes, lovely pool, plentiful breakfast .Reception staff were very helpful explaining about local area and organising taxis to the beach for us.

There seems to be a problem with a smell coming from under the lift which was very unpleasant. Don't know how they can deal with it as it will probably mean major work. Luckily it isn't in the rest of the property, only in the lift
