Lolli Palace Hotel

The staff was wounderful , the hotel is beautiful and the location is amazing across the beach with great restaurants around the city is a charming beautiful place for a relaxing vacation

AC very loud, no water in the room, tiny garage, limited choice at the bar, no restaurant, old shower taps, expensive for the limited services and average comfort

Rooms need some upgrades. Same applies for rooftop and lift.Front desk can be better

All were ok. The staff, the room, the location.

Room had a balcony with side view of the sea. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The safe in our room was not working and despite reporting it, it was not replaced during our stay. I was however able to leave my passport with reception.

What a lovely place. Had an amazing view and a sweet little balcony to enjoy the sea air. The staff was so cheerful and helpful. I was jet lagged and they graciously helped facilitate some things I needed to get done. Would highly recommend.

The property was very affordable and the entire experience was a step back to old world charm with modern conveniences. The rooms with the high ceilings were spacious and clean beyond compare…getting clean towels and a refresh of the room every day added to the appreciation of quality lodging

Overall the property had no glaring defects.

Size and style of the room

Breakfast buffet disappointing (cappuccino from the machine was cold. No fruit. No labels with indications of the ingredients)Room on the ground floor was noisy (noise from the street and from the hall / corridor)

Nice location. Reception area seems to have had a recent refurbishment and looks good. The rest of the Hotel needs to be brought up to the same standard.

The carpet on the 3rd floor landing was badly stained and needs to be replaced. Bedroom needs to be modernised and was not cleaned properly. Staff (Receptionist) needs to be more customer focused.

Absolutely amazing. Historic building, perfect location, friendly staff, excellent rooms. Only regret was that we had to leave the next morning! Looking forward to a return trip. Highly recommend!

lovely old Hotel right in the heart of San Remo - big comfortable room

we booked the car park — which only has space for 4 cars — all good but be warned it is very tight to get in and back out again

Large room recently renovated with a nice little terrace looking over the see.

Wi-fi was unreliable sometimes.

The girl who works at the reception desk should improve her hospitality. the other staff are great.

Great location near the Casino and the beach,stunning views from the top Floor terace, delicious breakfast.

When I first walked into the hotel and wanted to book a room , a non Italian lady at reception told me there was no availability for the requested night.A few hours later her colegues offered me a room.Once I checked in this lady continued to be unwelcoming.In my opinion her place is not in the hospitality .

Location is Amazing! Views from the hotel are breathtaking. Nice and helpful staff.

Historical palace, good location, cosy rooms, confortabile bed, well organized room with hangers, soundproof windows, nice breakfast with sea view, easy public parking in front of the hotel. Very kind staff
