Easy check in, nice staff

The room was not cleaned, bathroom and especially toilet the worst I ever seen. Pee stain and stinking when I checked on. Hairs around the room

Big comfortable bed, swanky marble.

Let down by the details- no tea or coffee and drinks despite the kettle and fridge. Hotel is on the 4 th floor of an apartment building with a small lift and no parking. Nowhere to put anything in the bathroom.

very small rom, room clean service not every day, not enough toilet paper, no tissue, water, not a night table, very old and bad maintenance of the building.

Very nice small quiet hotel. Well placed in the center. Personnel super nice welcoming and helpful. I recommend it!

Not a biggie but tip to owner to remove from the bathroom the shelf unit, it's not needed and blocks access to the toilet.

There was a kettle and coffee maker but no coffee or tea to make a drink.

Booking.com advertised this property as having parking. There is no parking available meaning having to park the car on a taxi rank to move bags/suitcases, then having to park at the other end of town and pay for parking which was not cheap.

The hotel is great with a superb location! Clean, nice rooms with small terrace included. Staff is nice and polite.

There is a doorbell downstairs that each time someone's coming back is ringing in a hotel floor as well, it's pretty loud and disturbing (especially if someone's coming back at night).

I can't say about this hotel because they called the day of the check in saying that they were overbooked and sent us to another hotel from the same group Globo Hotels. From this other I can say that is good, not great. Bathroom was not clean, had hair. The room and bed were comfortable but is next to a main street so was noisy. Breakfast was great for the price and location is good.

Beautiful and spacious room! Very clean, air condition in the room worked perfectly and had everything that I needed, great location close to the most touristic places of Sanremo.

Nothing but of all, just the reception only works a certain hours, can’t let baggage there if you want stay a little more in Sanremo after check out.

The owner were very kind and helped us. The place is with perfect location. It's near the beach and near the center. It was clean and comfortable. Everything was perfect:)

We enjoyed the design of the hotel and the rooms. Cleaning lady was very nice.

There was nobody at the reception most of the time, which was a bit surprising.

The location is spot on. It is a 5 minute walk or less to the casino, romantic walking streets, high end shops. The bed is comfortable, wifi superfast and consistant, plus the staff are always helpful and kind. There is an elevator to get to the 4th floor and then you are treated like family. The surrounding architecture is really cool too. The balcony views are especially fun for an early morning cafe which is provided in the room via a hot/cold fancy cafe maker. I really like the roman busts in the entryway. Lastly, everything is spotlessly cleaned..... every day.
