Hotel Esperia

Great location, updated clean rooms, well lit. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure we got breakfast before our early train and offered to arrange a taxi to the station. Good breakfast for the value. The outside belies the fresh updated clean interior. Our room was spacious by Europe standards.

My only critique is the mattress in my room was a bit too hard for my liking.

Location, breakfast, staff. Just a few minutes from the marina, and city center.

NO PARKING. and we only had half of roll of toilet paper.

The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. The balcony with a view was a plus. Buffet breakfast had a good variety of cheeses, cold cuts, fruits, croissants. Service at the table was very good for coffee, cappuccino. We liked the small wastebasket at the table. Hôtel is close to restaurants, shops, bus and train station.

Shampoo, soap are not enough. Sizes are too small.

Staff are very kind, attentive, and helpful. The location is great coming from the train station, also very close to the beach. The breakfast is also pretty good. The air conditioner works great.

They let me check in early as a room was available, which I appreciated. The staff was really friendly. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of options sweet and salty, which is not that easy to find in Italy

no problems. The room was a bit too hot at night (January stay) but the staff was super, helpful and always pleasant.

Location is a bit challenging with parking, we managed to get garage arranged by hotel, which was super good, as otherwise it could have been nightmare to find out parking spots.

Ideally situated, helpful staff, particularly across the language barrier. Turned out to be much better than my original expectations. Good breakfast.

Nothing wrong, everything right

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and had great facilities. The breakfast buffet was really good.It was centrally located.

Breakfast was phenomenal - bacon & eggs, croissants, fresh fruits, pastries, etc. Location was great. Staff was friendly. Great AC.

Very well located and cosy. Near to the central bus station and all city's attractions. We had a room with the sea view.Good value for money.The staff very polite and helpful.Breakfast excellent! I absolutely recommend this hotel!

There's nothing we didn't like.

location is superb, in front of the beach with sea views, from a walking distance to the center. We were able to park very close to the hotel. I recommend the usage of the app so you can control from anywhere if you need to extend your parking stay. The price/location/accommodation is great, I recommend it.

maybe a little renovation would bring more valuable, but probably that would also increase the cost. It was missing croissants or French pastries.There's no elevator or ramp to access, you have many stairs and if you have small children and some bags, it's not easy to access.

City centre location, comfortable bed, clean, excellent breakfast with a lot of options, very good value for money and MOST IMPORTANTLY very warm, welcoming, friendly and courteous staff! We enjoyed everything and plan to return sometime in the future.
