Pros +
- Very clean, air-conditioned, just 50 meters away from the public beach San Martino. everything you need is in the room even tho the rooms are small. Ideal for short trips and/or 1-2 travellers. Owner is very kind, helpful, friendly.
- It was close to the wedding venue we were attending and it had parking space, a well stocked supermarket and super close to the bike lane. The room was snug but it had everything you needed and the staff were very friendly.
- Good basic place with a very friendly owner. Has everything you need and was at an excellent location to visit the Milan - San Remo bike race.
Cons -
- Location is very good in terms of the beach; however, the only problem is it may get a bit noisy in the morning because it is on a big street with traffic.
- It is close to the main road so it could be nosy very early in the morning.

The staff were so friendly , Josef looked after us very well . Our room was very clean, shower with great pressure & liquid soap. Easy to walk to the center , botanical garden and Nobel museum nearby . Street parking .
All good
good value for money
The manager's inappropriate behavior: Refusal to speak English (only Italian and French) and condescending tone. Not to mention the inappropriate comments about my appearance.
Convenient location. Nice staff. Clean and cozy)
One advantage of the Corso Hotel is its proximity to the city center. Despite the drawbacks I experienced during my stay, the hotel's location near the center can be convenient for those looking to explore the city without having to travel far. This proximity may appeal to travelers who prioritize easy access to key attractions and amenities in the city center.
The Corso Hotel is a place where taking care of the rooms is not a priority. The old decor and poorly maintained rooms give the feeling of being transported back in time, when service and comfort were not a priority. During my check-out, they attempted to swiftly evict me at 10 am, despite Booking.com stating that the check-out time was until 11 am. Additionally, upon check-in, I was deceived into paying for the room twice, with the promise of a refund for the excess payment, which has not been returned yet. My stay at this hotel left me with the impression that service and comfort are stuck in the past. I cannot recommend the Corso Hotel for accommodation, especially to those who value modern amenities and quality service in the 21st century.
Location was great for me as I was catching an early am train (easy walking distance to train stn and Sanremo).
Lovely friendly staff, close to the sea, very clean and comfy room which was bigger than I was expecting
AC was great. Great access to the beach, bike and walking path (with rental bikes and a bar (for food and drink) that was acceptable). Staff was great, Room was clean and quiet with great housekeeping service.
It's on a very busy road and it is away from the center area of the town. To get to the center area, I had to first either walk down to the beach and go on the walking path or walk along the very busy road. The center is where I found the following: The casino, pretty shops and restaurants and historical sites,Not many restaurants for shops close by that I was interested in.
Friendly and hospitable staf !!
Few guests, i missed a stylist lobby, but understood they start a renovation/paintjob next year.
The bathroom was very clean as was the rest of the room The concierge was friendly and let me put my bicycle in the room - which was really appreciated
The location was right next to a very busy main road, with traffic noise until 1.00am in the morning - so difficult to get to sleep No smoke alarm in the room !! The room had polystyrene ceiling tiles - which are a major fire hazard The room decor was very dated - it looked like it was from the 1970s ? The aircon was efficient - but no remote available - so was either on and too cold or off and too hotThe fridge was small and turned off when I arrived Sorry - I don’t mean this review to be harsh - but no smoke alarm is not on - they cost £20 ?!!
The best Location in Sanremo.10-15 min. walking to train station. 20 min. walking to Casino, 2min to the very lovely beach with free area, supermarket Conad across the street. The room has everything: refrigerator, hair dryer, big mirror, TV, towels, air conditioner. My room had street view, but I slept with the window open and it was quiet on this street at night.Very nice hotel for holiday! Highly recommended!
The interior was far more pleasant than the rather run down exterior. The room was comfortable and clean.
No breakfast on site but the cafe across the road was fine
Staff friendly and helpful.Lovely balcony, comfortable room and located in excellent position close to town and beach all in walking distance. Excellent breakfast at cafe tourer. Reasonably priced for June v good
Nothing. All good.
Friendly staff. Clean place. Convenient location, though near a noisy road.
They let me use the hotel garage to store my bicycle at night. Close to ciclovia.
Staff don´t care at all about your business, most unfriendly people I have ever met, they do make you feel your not welcome at all and that they prefer not to have you in the hotel. Air conditioning didn´t work, so there was no way of warming the room in 5° temperature.
Clean, good location, lots of bars restaurants around.

good price, good staffs, very clean room, good bed, good window view
not especially
This hotel is simple, but very clean! It is pretty close to the sea and to the beautiful botanical garden of Sanremo. The staff is sympathetic and responsive. My room was small, but nice. The air conditioner was very powerful and quiet. For this price one couldn't ask for more in Sanremo.
The hotel is positioned a little bit away from the old town and the centre of the city.
