Hotel Liberty

Very friendly and helpful staff, who gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and other places to visit. Good breakfast (croissant, white and brown bread, toast, cheese, ham, cereals, yoghurt, juices, coffee and tea, sweets), but missing eggs and fruit. The hotel is very conveniently located between the train station and the city center.

Unfortunately there is a busy road in front of the hotel which causes a lot of noise. Also you could hear other guests in the rooms and hallways, especially the doors made a lot of noise. The windows are a bit difficulty to open and close as they are very old.

Very nice family business, peaceful atmosphere. good breakfrast, good heating as it was winter during my stay. I can recoomand this place.

Good location. Very close to rail station and public beach.There was no proper wardrobe in the room. Just one chair and a very small table.

Very friendly host Lorenzo and his mum made us feel welcome, awesome service, morning breakfast with coffee, all were the top.location 5 min from station, 5 min from main streets, close to the beach, supermarket 2 min, room with enough space to move around, and balcony.

Staff, breakfast and location were great. Great base from which to rent bikes and cycling up the coast. Exploring the old town was amazing, great training for our later trip to the Dolomites.

Shame about the public beach in town - very small and not well located. Hard to understand as an Australian.

Eeverything was fine

A family-run business, reasonable price, and they were very accommodating. I had planned to get there by train, the station seems to be quite close, but I ended up going there in my friend's car. The parking is in a closed alley behind the hotel. I parked in the roundabout and went to reception and they explained the location. It is guarded by a gate. You come from the backyard to the front of the hotel. Given the parking situation in downtown San Remo, we parked the car until we left, otherwise we just walked everywhere. The room was nice, nothing to report but nothing bad, your typical two-star hotel room. Newly renovated bathroom. No elevator but they helped with luggage to my 3rd floor room. Very engaging owner, helpful to explain about the hotel and the city. Breakfast was your typical Italian breakfast.

Things were easy, location was fine, bed was confortable. Breakfast in the garden, the coffee was good. Staff was friendly, accommodating and pleasing.

The hotel being on a busy street was noisy. There was no fridge to cool drinks.

Third time I've stayed here and I will return. Lovely staff and a nice family hotel. Perfect location and breakfast comes with the room. Very good

Big room, lovely high ceilings, 5 mins to the train station and 5 mins to the old town. Very good air conditioning. Lovely owners.

Not ideal if you after a light sleeper due to traffic.
