Great sized family room with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom at a good price. Family restaurant a short walk away.

The location is perfect. The breakfast has a good spread and variety of choices. The kids adore staying there. Even the rooms and beds are comfortable. Its been now for 3 years our pitstop when we are heading to the north of france to visit family and back home.

We had reserved from booking .com with option to pay at the property. But on arrival at around midnight with kids tired from the long drive. The person at the reception told us that the breakfast for kids was not included. Our reservation showed clearly 2 adults and 2 kids( 3yr n 9yr). He didn’t ask us the ages of our kids and made us pay for an extra breakfast. On returning to our room we realised that he made us pay for the younger one, she is just 3 yrs old and the tarif for breakfast starts from 4 yrs old. Then next day when we pointed out the mistake the person had done they gave us the email of the manager and told us to write to him for a reimbursement.

Great location for a stop over, great breakfast- the pancake maker was a hit!Comfortable beds and great to have interconnecting rooms, this works well for travel to the south of france or to the Alps, we will visit again!

Location a few shops within walking distance and close to motorway staff very helpful

It is a very nice hotel close to the motorway. We stayed as a family of 4 in one room so it wasn’t very spacious but the beds were comfy. We had a lovely dinner at the restaurant!

Very narrow parking spaces so sometimes difficult to get in/out of the car.

Located near the highway, but one doesn’t hear any noise. Loved the fact the hotel has two overnight electric chargers. Because of these I am likely to come again.

There was no key for the barrier in front of the charger, so I had to improvise.

The room was clean and the staff friendly

The service is for a 3 stars,not a 4 stars as indicated, but the hotel is of good value for money

Clean rooms, decent breakfast

Does not feel like a 4 star hotel. Globally OK, but a bit old and run down. Hallways don't smell clean, need a renovation. Need for more EV chargers (besides Tesla) for overnight charging (22kW)

Well situated on the road for our trip back home. Clean. Comfortable.

The people parked really badly outside so it was hard to find a space where our car fit in.They couldn’t confirm the booking so they charged me an additional fee that Im now in the process of getting back.

Very clean, comfortable and convenient. Helpful staff at front desk who was friendly and kind.

The separate toilet kind of feels like a closet, a little bit nicer lighting in there and maybe even a small wash basin would be really nice there!

Easy access from motorway. Surprisingly quiet overnight considering the location. Great parking. Nice restaurant. Good selection of tea/coffee etc in room.

A plug next to the bathroom mirror, or elsewhere in front of a mirror for using own hairdryer would be good, although there is a fixed dryer provided.

Excellent hotel for a visit to Lyon. Restaurant on site was excellent. Great staff.

Couple of things, weird phone call at about 2345hrs to the room but nobody on the line, staff couldn’t work out how it happened and the wfi signal was abysmal and we were only on the 2nd floor, outside next to the pool was just as bad. Hotel of this standard needs wfi repeaters to ensure good signal strength for people who rely on a strong wfi signal. Apart from that the hotel was excellent.

Breakfast was excellent. Room & bed very comfortable.

Evening meal was typically french.Swimming pool was available but not clean.

Stayed her as a stop off on way to Spain from UK. Great location just off the main rd. Loved that it had a restaurant where I could get something to eat and drink after a long day of driving. They also have the menu in English if needed.
