- Hotel is very confortable and easy to findWe came in with a lot of luggage and bikes and they gladly found safe storage for usRestaurant stays open for a long time, which is rare in such a small city
- Clean, nice receptionist, comfy bed, hotel renovated recently
- Our room was dark and quiet - perfect for a light sleeper like me! The shower was nice and hot, with plenty of pressure. The breakfast had both cold and hot options, and the breakfast area was kept clean and well stocked for the duration of the breakfast time. The room was small but well designed so it didn't feel cramped. There was ample off-road parking in a well-lit lot. The receptionist that was working the evening of August 18 was brilliant. She was well organized, even though she was clearly 'doing it all' by herself, including serving guests at the small bar/lounge, checking people in, and dealing with an issue with the t.v. in our room. She stayed on task and solved the slight problem whilst being rushed off her feet - and she should be commended for this!! This is what Ibis offers, and it seems to be reliably decent no matter where you go. We have been 'surprised' in a negative way, but we've been 'surprised' in a good way, many times.
Cons -
- Rooms are very tight, there was a queen size bed and a very small table and shelf spaceThe bathroom was good, but, if you took a long bath, it would flood. A lot
- There was no problem with our stay.
- Ratio quality priceI paid in March in Ibis outside Colmar half the price

The staff, food, good.
Your Tv was Very poor Many channels did not work, bad tune. No one on site were able to adjust.I know i am in France, but you are an international organisation. You did not have a single news channel in English. and even France 24, a regular foir me in england did not work. Think this is poor and not up to your past standard. May i say on this trip in 4 accord holels ibis and Novertel not one had a single english news channel operating.
Good food, comfortable bed, quiet. Ideal for overnight stop.
Perfect stop on the way to the South of France. Close to the highway. Very friendly reception. Good restaurant.
Such a well equipped and well kept hotel given its location. Located perfectly for travelling to south of France or Spain and such a hidden gem. Staff were amazing, very polite and the rooms were small but had all you’d need and loads of plug sockets and USB ports. The tv had chrome cast and the shower was amazing. Parking on site that’s free and convenient and the bar and restaurant area was good too. It’s pet friendly which is a further bonus.
No complaints at all

Clean, great breakfast, great staff. Beds could be more comfortable.
VeryFriendly and client orientated staff. Good food for reasonable price.
Exaggerated charging fee for electric vehicles
Lovely hotel. Easy to walk to the centre and take in the vineyards. The lady who was on reception on thurs 20th Feb was very helpful. Good value evening meal,, and breakfast was sufficient. I was travelling solo with my dog who was too young to leave alone in the room. The staff were helpful at meal times with a table close to the restaurant where I could sit and eat with my dog,. Excellent value for money.
Lovely friendly and attentive staff. Clean room quiet location easy walk to town centre. Nice evening meal.Perfect stay

Staff, quiet location, parking, breakfast was decent
Room was small and a little hot, overall good stop over stay
Friendly and efficient staff. Made us very welcome. So clean and the restaurant had good choices and wine list.
Modern, basic hotel, not far from the autoroute past Dijon. Breakfast was ok, room simple and comfortable, staff very good. Nuits Saint Georges is picturesque, too.
Cheap and cheerful, not luxurious.
