    • Everything! Amazing, convenient location in the old town, great view from the room and from the, terrace not far from Tangier Ville Port, very easy to arrange transport to the airport, very attentive staff. I would for sure stay there again.

    Cons -

    • I feel compelled to write a review… imagine for me to feel like this… it was a horrendous decision. First of all, I want to be clear that I am a traveler.. so luxury places or hotels are not my thing.. but basic clean accommodation for sure… this place was disgusting all around… the room smells like one of the public bathrooms that sits in the sun… that’s exactly the smell you sleep in. The room, the bathroom, everything is so old and moldy God forbid you go under the sheets. I requested a crib… when I tell you the crib had black mold with sheets so dark and stained, I’m not sure how staff looked at it and thought “ Humm not bad” the TV didn’t work, no fans, no AC, no NOTHING… The pictures of the rooms? Not even close… there were mosquitos, the towels… not even a decent soap… oh no… and as for the closeness of the Medina… is not even worth it…
    • It wasn’t clean. The rooms are not nearly as nice as the photos make it look. Overall - overpriced.
    • Everything was great.

    So noisy??????????Very hot , No A/C , couldn’t sleep ??????????

    6SoukainaPosted on: 9-2-2025

The staff were lovely and the facilities were clean

There's way too much noise near the hotel, it's understandable since it's located right above cafe central and is in the middle of the Old Medina but to anyone considering booking please bear in mind that it might be difficult to get a decent night of sleep

The place is very close to the old cityThe windows has an old city view (if you like watching people looking from the windows)

    - the recipient ask for extra tax (i dont know why)- parking is a nightmare there, if you have a lot of packages its a problem- crowded if you used to sleep in calm places you will face a problem .

The city is nice to visit

The hotel wasn't worth the price .small rooms we didn't get to sleep because of the noise

Great location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable.

    1) Lack of air conditioning.2) The noise from the plaza outside was overwhelming - not just people talking, but also musicians playing loudly and a guy with a microphone yelling until well after midnight.

    7ElenaPosted on: 5-28-2025

Relatively easy to find in the Medina. The owner/host was a very nice, polite, friendly, attentive older gentleman - we felt very welcome even late at night it wasn’t a problem to check in.

It’s a bare bones place. I would only recommend if you need a very quick stopover for a night or two.

Able to do late check in, and the balcony overlooked the Medina and all the action. The front desk staff we met our last day was very friendly and offered to order us a taxi for our early flight at 5am which was really appreciated

So loud outside all throughout the night (like until 6am..), so we did not get much sleep there at all. If someone offers to carry your bags for you as you arrive, say no as they will demand money for it. Only 2 men’s shampoo packets in the room, so no options for women.

location is in prime spot, right in old town. staff is exceptionally friendly! they let us check in early, let us check out 30 minutes late free of charge, and were very helpful in recommending local spots to eat. reception desk even scheduled a taxi driver to pick us up from the hotel lobby for our trip to the airport.

entrance is a little tricky to find, and reception desk should take more care in asking female travelers their room numbers in front of strangers waiting in the lobby, as the hotel doors are open 24/7 and anyone can come in at any time.

Moueniss was very welcoming, nice and made the staying feel easier. Very proactive too, the guy needs a raise and that’s what made me stay besides all the street noises that made me not sleep the whole 2 nights i spent in the hotel. It’s a very active area, so by booking in this hotel u better be ready for all the medina noises, because overall the staff, the location and the utilities are just perfect !

    7soukainaPosted on: 12-16-2024

The hotel is very closer to old medina and the view from the roof is fantastic u gonna like itthe stuff are very welcoming

Blanket? and bed making noise wen ever u turn over

It was clean, great location, and the staff was very kind and helpful.

Good location and good price for the room. staff was helpful, not the most modern or clean but I think for young people it's a decent place to save money and enjoy a really good experience.

    nothing in parcular

The Medina location was very convenient and easy to find. The multilingual staff was friendly, and the room and ensuite bathroom were simple but clean. They were also very flexible with my booking. I kept adding additional days, and they were accommodating. They also booked a 5 AM taxi for me, and the ride came right on time, with a professional attitude.

As good as the location is, it's also right over a couple of very popular cafes. The walls between floors/rooms/hallways are thin, so noise levels are high. In my case, I forgot to bring my earplugs. If you stay here, don't forget your earplugs or at least ask for a room in the back, away from the cafes. To be fair, I stayed over the weekend and into the week. Fortunately, the noise levels dropped during the week.

Good location in the Petit Socco, centrally located relative to the medina and the port. Room was comfortable (size). Stayed in a room with balcony that was great. Price was ok (i.e., you get what you pay for).

Condition of the room could be improved; it was not very clean. Because of its location there is a lot of noise from the pedestrian alley right below the second floor of the hotel.

Second stay, good as the first, very kind and helpful reception staff, great location.
