Hotel Farah Tanger

The room was nicer and more spacious than those you would find in the city proper, the location was clean and safe, and the pool was very nice.

Terrible check in wait, staff was rude, shower curtain fell down on me, food/bar were massively overpriced for Morocco, and they charged my credit card twice for the same stay. Also a drive from city, and they call the gouging cab service unless asked.

Nothing I have stayed here before was completely different there advertisement lying on the websites they never update the pictures or the rooms

Customer service is very bad. The room was completely different from The one I booked do you have different rooms to switch to,the next day never get service. We found so many bedbugs The room was not serviced on the next day I have to come and request towels. They show up at 3 AM with the towels. I will not recommend this hotel to a family

This hotel is a 10 in terms of cost, amenities and service. The rooms were very clean and the vibe was modern luxury. Lamiae, who was our room attendant- was extremely kind and accommodating. She cleaned our room even after it was past the hour- and made sure we had fresh towels every night.

The bar at the pool is not the fullest- I would have liked to see a blender. That said, the bar tender poured me a “San Francisco” that was very good- and where else can you have crepes and cocktails poolside with the beach behind you?!?

Previously read about how there tends to be no to low soap and unfortunately that was true when it came to my stay. Would recommend cleaning staff to constantly check on that to make the stay not as stressful for guests.

Our room was huge and comfortable. The balcony was beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and expansive, so many choices. We loved the pool area and the lobby was gorgeous for a tea to watch the sunset. We loved that there were several options for dining and drinks at the hotel which made it the perfect “resort like” setting for our trip after traveling in Marrakech and the desert for the first leg of our travels. Highly recommend this hotel for people who want to relax and enjoy the views and sunshine.

Great hotel, great views of the sea. Spacious rooms, lots of room downstairs to chill.. Breakfast was really good with lots of variety and a standout was Saliha who went out of her way to make extra crepes/chapati for us!

Dinner fairly expensive. Better to eat elsewhere.

Insects and Black cockroachs inside the room, carpet smells from humidity lights are not working well in the bungalow . The price is exaggerated for the stay and the service.

We had a great stay here! The hotel is well maintained, and we first booked a duplex apartment then switched to a villa both were very nice. The food was excellent and the whole vibe of the place was so enjoyable. The staff were super welcoming and kind, which made our stay even better. We spent most of our time at the hotel and would definitely come back again!

Very nice view and staff, the cleaner Lamiae was exceptional

The bathrooms door had an issue, got stuck inside and wouldn't open twice. The spa was closed and not open for weeks as undergoing works.

The pictures didn't do justice to the place, the view and design was amazing, the staff were helpful and nice. The laundry service was a bit over priced, but other than that definitely coming back another time

Unfortunately, the gym was closed for renovations, and I was really upset about that. Also, when I ordered food from room service, the pizza was delivered in a wooden carton, as if I had ordered it from outside, and the tacos came with no utensils, no sauce, and just a plate
