Pestana Tanger - City Center Hotel Suites & Apartments

Very comfortable room and enjoyable breakfast.

Proximity to train station. Great staff who were excellent and attentive. First two nights the design of the suite was poorly thought out. Long hallway with kitchen. Bedroom living room at end. Bed too large for bedroom.Due to weather we were forced to return for a third night to smaller suite much better use of space. Staff were very understanding and helpful

Design of suite poor. Long hallway kitchen with no utensils but washing machine was a bonus. Bedroom too large for bedroom and hard to access small bathroom. Restaurant had limited menu and food was uninspired. Again staff excellent

Nice hotel, near the train station. Clean.

Breakfast not so good, the toilet doesn’t have all the main items. Including shampoo and body wash.

Excellent location. Clean. Good value to money. Breakfast was great

It was windy outdoors, some windows weren’t adjusted so they made some noise.

Value of money, room size, good beds.

Location, facilities, the whole lobby smelled onion during breakfast, there was hair behind the toilet door in the room.

Good location if you want to be in the center if Tangier.

Staff is rude, the rooms have no towels, you have to beg for towels and it still takes a long time to receive two worn out rags that they call towels. They assigned me a different room than the one I booked. Breakfast is disgusting.

Perfect location next to the train station and transportationThe appartment was clean and comphy

The suite was just perfect. Rooms were spacious, full of natural light and very clean. The kitchen I can say had all what you may need for the days you can stay. The staff was very polite and helpful. Room service very good as well.Location was great, near the beach area and the shopping mall. And it has the tourists bus stop(hop on -hop off red bus) like 70m away.My stay in Pestana was amazing experience that made me definitely think of going back there when I visit Tangier again.

The staff was awesome. They are cheerful and very helpful. Great customer service from everyone (Housekeeping, Restaurant and Reception)

Good breakfast. Coffee station could use better coffee.

It’s very nice ? the staff was very helpful and friendly especially Adil in reception

I had an amazing stay at Pestana Tangier! The hotel is beautiful, perfectly located, and the atmosphere is both elegant and relaxing. The staff were all very kind and professional, but I’d like to give a special thanks to Adil, who truly went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. His attention to detail, kindness, and genuine hospitality made a real difference. I’ll definitely come back — highly recommended!

Very spacious, beautiful and clean suite. The breakfast was exceptional!

The room was comfortable.

The room was not the one I saw in the picture. I was given a miserable room with no bath towels. The bathroom was small. The room size was not the same as the previous room I got but I was charged the same amount.

It’s very spacious and well temperature.

The staff does take a while and a few calls to deliver room service requests (eg. An iron or an additional mug). The restaurant was out of all ingredients so couldn’t order food room service.

Nice property front desk staff exceptional

Security treatment of guests after being at the hotel for 15 days is questionable at best, perhaps more training for security personnel to not harass customers.

The breakfast was great and the staff was very accomodating. The room was quiet and comfortable although there was a television in the lounge and the bedroom there was only one remote for both TVs.

Kitchen was very sparsely furnished and could have used a better assortment of cooking utensils as well as basics like salt and pepper. The washing machine was excellent but had no drying function.

Location, free parking, rooms, staff

Breakfast wasn’t good

I would like to thanks to Mr Mohammed the director and the staffMr Adil

The staff of cleaning services are not good and they did not clean unless they were followed up repeatedly

Spacious. Best hotel in Tangier.

Services and breakfast wasn’t up to my expectation. However, it’s decent.

Great location walk distance to train station and All cafes and Restuerant .Large .clean and well furnished roomsFriendly and helpful staff
