excellent free breakfast!

every thing the staff , location was excellent , size of the room , the food was very good , the spa was nice , a very good size swimming pool .

A bit noisy especially when there were music events in the garden below the room

From the moment we first stepped into the hotel, the warm smiles and friendly, sincere attitude of the reception staff, followed by the incredible attention and care from the breakfast team, truly made us feel very happy. We felt like we were in our own home — it was amazing. I sincerely thank everyone. I’m truly speaking from the heart. You are wonderful.

The room need some carpet in the floor ? because the look of the room is not matched with the price,room looks cheap and very basic

Considering this value I can get a 5 stars hotel, the room is very small plus no amenities, even slippers not available as per them they provide only for ppl who booked suit, like whaaaat! First time I’m hearing this. Even water (that should be procédés by then not available and you can’t ask fir it anytime) for a 100$ you can get a better deal

Location good, excellent extra wide bed and comfy pillow. Clean hotel, lovely pool.

Staff very friendly and efficient. Breakfast had a wide range of foods and the drinks, particularly orange juice and were of a high standard. The room was spacious.

Prices in the poolside bar were much too high. Safe mechanism was difficult to follow but the service engineers were quick to reopen it.

While booking we had a choice of full bed or twins one, we're just married couple so we've chosen the full bed room but they offered us a twins bed room !! Why ?? Maybe because we came late but we reserved and PAID in advance and I called them to tell them so and they confirmed that's ok !Additionally the room service has nothing to do with a 4* hotel, as we couldn't even order the food from their restaurant, when we asked the reception about the reason they said because they decided to not receive any calls ! What a reason is this!!Even the stuff were somehow rude and cold honestly.Really regreted this experience, they don't deserve that much price nor 4*

Do not accept room 512 if you are two people: there is a profound divot in the middle of the left side of the bed. There is no way for two people to sleep comfortably given the damage to the mattress. Massage was odd: the masseuse sat on me(literally sat on my bum) Hammam uses family size cheap soaps from the supermarket, not very nice.
