Ramada Encore by Wyndham Tangier

Clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet included was fantastic. Many choices.

This hotel is too far from the old town. We had to take a €5 taxi into the markets and sites. It is perfect for business people and those that like a fancier hotel but for those that want to experience Tangier I would not recommend

Typical hotel.

They advertised a restaurant and bar. menu was great but they didn’t have items listed. got Tangien. I got this large tangien dish with only 4 small chucks of meat and that’s all. No root veggies. Stocked bar but waitress said she only had soda.

The room cleaning lady was rude. Water was leaking in the bath room even after fixing.

I had a great experience at Ramada Encore Tangier. The hotel is perfectly located in the city center, making it very easy to get around. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-heated, which was much appreciated. Breakfast was good with a nice variety to start the day. Overall, an excellent stay and great value for money. I would definitely recommend it.

Check-in was supposed to be from 2:00 p.m., but when I arrived around 3:15 p.m., the room was still being cleaned. I was feeling a bit sick at the time and had to wait sitting on a chair in the corridor for about 5 minutes. It wasn’t a serious issue, but it would have been nicer to access the room immediately.

Reception officer at night was not good. He charged me 2 times, money came back 10 days later

There was very good service on the reception.there are very friendly all the staff and members.when I go tangier we always book there also they having nice breakfast so many varieties.

Location. Near the train station, the beach and restaurants and cafes

The room was dim. No sufficient lighting and no mini bar.

Excellent Location, close to the beach as well as the Railway station. Very welcoming staff and a very good breakfast. The Room is large and spacious

The Stay was very nice. Few improvements I will suggest : The Size of the bed (The Room is big so why putting a small double bed) as well as the lightning in the room (Need 1 spot light over the sofa).

The rooms are very small, the bed is uncomfortable, and the noise from the neighbors and people outside lasted all night. I wasn’t able to sleep well

Everything was clean, the staff were very helpful and nice to customers. After reclaiming something wrong, they immediately solved the issue.

The AC wasn’t working well even with technician intervention. The wifi connection is very weak …

Hotel in need for a complete renovation. Starting from WiFi not connecting to door locks which need to be programmed very often to hot A/C to the wooden floor which became outdated and out of color.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect

The location is great, the breakfast was very good and rich in options for the money. Staff were very nice and helpful! Room was decent size for our budget ( compared to a apartment hotel we stayed where you cant even move)

Internet is not working properly and the room has no fridge. Also the entry door is not automatic which is a hassle when you have bags. Needs some upgrading

Only the location of the property is relatively better.

The property is old, carpet stinks, ripped from places. Rooms are too small. Breakfast was just a formality, nothing continental.
