I had a great stay at Marina Bay City Center. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained, which made the stay really relaxing. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The location is also very convenient and central. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experienceI would definitely stay here again.

We were warmly greeted by the director and staff. Breakfast was excellent. Location is superb, close to everything. Very comfy rooms and clean hotel.

The only negative thing is lack of parking space at hotel. We had to park on the street and pay for it.

My daughter enjoyed the pool. Everyone was very kind. The doorman Anassr was very kind

The door kept coming open on it’s own. We would come back to find our door slightly open.

The location is great but its not that clean, the food not attracting at all

Nothing really - everything was wonderful!

Everything was excellent. The location is perfect and the view overlooking the marina was absolutely beautiful. We were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade from a standard room to a suite, which made our stay even more special. The hotel staff were extremely kind, professional, and welcoming, and the service was outstanding throughout our stay.

Nothing at all. Everything met and even exceeded our expectations.

The room itself was nice and the outdoor area was really nice too.

The staff could’ve been a little more friendly I thought. They also didn’t take note that we paid the city tax on the first night and followed us down the road when we left after check out to ask for it again. The room was extremely loud both from noise on our floor as well as noise from the street. I think we got a free upgrade to the marina side because majority of guests know how noisy it can be and prefer to stay pool side.

Upon arrival, the doorman helped us find parking in front of the hotel. Room was large and clean with all necessary amenities. Hotel is close to medina within walking distance. Staff are quite helpful.

the hotel itself is actually quite old. something was wrong with the shower the water was scorching hot and it was almost unable to adjust the temperature dunno why. i got a bottle of water the day i checked in but never was there a refill.

Our room was upgraded to suite with marina view. Being a suite, the size was huge. Two toilets, 1 shower. The view was excellent, especially in the morning. The receptionist, Chaema was very kind and welcoming when explaining about the upgrade. She told us we could see Spain from our room. She was right.

There was only one lift operating during our stay. It wasn’t a huge deal but we have to wait a little longer to get down/up.

Absolutely loved it. It was our first wedding anniversary and the yr went above and beyond to make us feel special. We had the includes breakfast and it was amazing.

We had a wonderful stay at Marina Bay City Center. The location is perfect, right by the beach and just a short walk from the city center, which made it very easy for us to explore. Our room was very nice with a beautful view of the sea and marina.The staff truly made our stay special. Everyone was warm and welcoming, and we really appreciated the kindness and professionalism throughout the hotel. A special mention to the hotel director, who greeted us personally during breakfast, such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel valued as guests.Breakfast was delicious with a nice selection, and we enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant and lounge bar. Overall, a great experience in Tangier.

Location was great, and interior design was exceptional.

Floor in the room was dirty. Our used towels were collected in the morning, but new ones weren't provided. Coffee was terrible, and the whole breakfast could be better.

The staff readiness ro accomodate fuest's needs:1. We asked for a room facing the pool and got it because we prefer quietness vs. the see view.2. The receprion was kind enough to hold our 2 big suitcases for 2 days after the check-out to enable our vist to Chefchaouen with a light bag

Wafae, the receptionist, is very welcoming and kind,She answered all of my queries, kept on checking on me, and made sure that everything was going smoothly,The director of the hotel mr amine berrada, is such a leader of his team. He is very humble. He welcomed my mother and me in a very warm way.First surprise, they upgraded our room to a breathtaking view of the marina,Arriving in the room, we found a welcoming gift that we didn't expect, and we really appreciate ?The cleanliness of the room and the services provided exceeded my expectations.Marina Bay Hotel has become my home in tangier, and my top 1 choice ??.

Good location, friendly staff and clean room & facilities. Director and senior staff is very professional and friendly. I would stay here again on next visit
