Great location, clean, friendly staff and great breakfast options!
I liked everything about Ibis Pouso Alegre especially Isabella's competence and good vibes (the receptionist). Breakfast was great, relaxing shower, confy bed, silent room. Everything was great.
I liked everything especially how friendly and helpful the staff were. Isabela received us with a welcoming smile. She also helped me find a super bonder glue for a quick fix I needed. Thank you,, Isabela.
