The location and the cordially service.

That’s a quite place and very comfortable room.

The pool was gorgeous! You can tell long ago this hotel was beautiful and lots of money was put into the lobby and front entrance area. The food was good that we ordered for room service as well as the complimentary breakfast. the staff was wonderful and very nice!

Our room was pretty bad. The ac didn’t run properly. Like could not cool down. And we do have to ask for the correct remote to it. Lots of mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and the beds were hard as rock. I go camping often and my mattress pad for camping has more cushion than those beds.

The hotel is 30 years old and needs some retrofit such as: furniture, queen size beds instead of adding two twin beds together, change carpet, upgrade bathroom

The location was good. The pool was ok.

Gym is a disaster. Few equipments. Everything rusted and very old. They should never inform they even have a gym.

Very spacious room, good air conditioning and excellent restaurant. The location is just off the highway and very convenient to access the main tourist areas around Serra da Mantiqueira.

There was no facilities inside the room for even making coffe or tea, no toiletries, bath room was quite old and shower and faucet was horrible

Excelente bed and quite place. Closer of many restaurants walking distance. Good breakfast in the hotel. The valeu for money worth!

The phone was not working at the premises and the hotel restaurant was not working on Sunday night. The option was having room service, but the phone was not working.

The hotel it’s very old, poor breakfast, kind dirty!

Kind staff. Confortable bed. Good view from the window.

It is noted that they do not invest in the maintenance of the rooms. Very old and noisy fridge. Rusty metal parts (see photo).

The hotel is well located, walking distance from various well rated restaurants, such as Costela no Bafo. Rooms were spacious and very clean. From the windows you can see the whole city of Pouso Alegre and its surroundings.

Facilities could be better kept. The management could surely spend more money and effort maintaining all the amenities. For instance, even though the pictures show a nice swimming pool area, in reality some of the chairs were falling apart and it wasn’t that inviting at all to stay there. Sauna was closed. And that whole downstairs playground area looked more like an emptied court from a 80s shopping mall. Not inviting nor appealing, such a shame!

Location was good, breakfast was good

There was mould on the ceiling in our first bedroom of which it was swapped. Our request for connecting rooms wasn't met and they refused to land us an iron when requested. Unapologetic staff, wholes on the shits and uncomfortable beds. Next time we will stay somewhere else.

Some of the furnitures were damage. Chairs & doors. Needs a little of care.
