The location, the service and the breakfast were really good

This was the 3rd time I stayed at Fenix Hotel. The location is good and the parking is adequate.

The mattresses are kind of old and aren’t firm. The bathrooms need some upgrades as well.

The bed and the floor was durthy,i think comming from the airco,for the rest was very goed,also the breakfast

The hotel is a normal small town type of hotel. It delivers the basic with some class.

The room was a single room (I agreed with it), however it is the smallest room I have ever stayed in. It fits a single bed and that is it. So I was a bit chocked with its size. Since it was only one night, I took it. Future travelers be aware of this.

Location, staff, cleanliness and value for the money were excellent.

The hotel is not new but they try to keep it well maintained and up to date. However, the faucets in my bathroom were leaking even when tightened. They could also use a better TV in the rooms.

The air conditioner was too noise, the bathroom conservation was horroble!

Besides of getting a smaller room, everything else was fine.

I paid for one type of room on Booking and was given a smaller room without a discount for the difference in the price.

It was the less hygienic hotel I’ve ever stayed. Blankets haven’t been washed for a long time and I could smell the sweat from previous customers in it. I felt disgusted had to have a shower in the next day and the shower was only electric with no water pressure. Could not close the sliding door of the bathroom as it is so old that it gets stuck.

Good central location, spacious room with twin beds, good air con and clean bathroom. Bkf is good as well. Car park available next to the facility.

Only 1 small lift for 6+ floors.

The facilities inside the room, missing fork, knife and spoon. Missing a workspace to develop business activities.

Excelent breakfast.

Mattress too much soft. Black coffee of poor quality.
