Breakfast was wonderful, beautiful view of the sea. Close to everything.

Being right on the beachfront was fun. The atmosphere is very alive. Very accommodating to young children. Very delicious breakfast, probably the best breakfast we had on our trip in Italy.

Nothing to dislike, street parking isn’t too bad, the staff and owners were very accommodating and communicated promptly.

The hotel is in the process of renovation. I would say my room was nice. There are still a few kinks—the balcony door doesn’t open all the way; it takes a couple of minutes for the hot water to rise; and people can be noisy out front, on the promenade (lungomare). Even so, I slept soundly. The room was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good—a fair mix of pastries, cold cuts, oat meal and cold cereals with a full spread of almonds, flax, walnuts, sunflower seeds, cinnamon, cocoa, honey, hard boiled eggs. The walk to the station is about 8 minutes.

Excellent location. All facilities modern and very clean. First class customer service and a wonderful breakfast.

There was a problem with aircondition that wasnt fixed until we left (not fault of hotel,aircon was partly working)No fridge in any room.

It's close to a busy street, during the night there might be some noise, but for me personally it was no problem. If you are a light sleeper, you can book a room on the other side where its'very quiet.The beds are very very soft, it feels a bit like drowning in the matress.

The breakfast was amazing! I also got a free upgrade to a beautiful ocean front room, beautiful view. I would definitely recommend it to other people

Really friendly and helpful and efficient serviceThe room was airy and a good size with a very comfortable bed, great view and good location (10 mins walk to the historic centre which is well worth a visit)There was a very relaxed and calm feel to the whole hotel. Nothing too much trouble and lovely sitting areas inside and outI am not sure how it is 2 star really as considerably superior to saver 3 start places I have stayed in in the past twelve nights as I cycle around and move day by dayDon’t hesitate to book

Hotel is located next to the beach and it’s 10min. walk to the center. Staff welcomed us warmly and breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options.

Perfect location near both public and private beaches. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Free street parking. Good breakfast and great staff. Very good value.

We had 2 recently remodeled rooms but neither had air conditioning. The website says it does and it was sweltering in July.

A recently refurbished property in a superb location facing the beach with several good restaurants on the doorstep. Our host Inna, was super helpful and speaks several languages. We had room 103 which was perfectly comfortable and we had a view of the sea. Plenty of storage, fabulous new bathroom. Breakfast was outstanding! would definitely return.

The location is lovely and the breakfast is the best ever. It's a quiet part of town and right across from the beach with lovely views.

It was away from the center of town but not too far to walk. The weather was rainy while we were there. It would have been much nicer to have sunshine.

the staff was amazing, the location, and it’s full of parking all over the area. they are renovating and we were in one of the new rooms which are super! great view on the sea. breakfast is good and I appreciated that they had options for gluten free eaters

they were renovating so it was quite messy, but it wasn’t a problem and it didn’t affect our stay

The hotel locates in Ligurian coast near the beech in walking distance from railway station - 10 min. and wonderful city center - 20 min. The room has basic amentities. The bathroom has shower cabin and bide. The breakfast was basic with sandwiches, yougurts, fruits, sweets. The staff was helpful.

The hotel has sign not Albium but Villa Rosa. No minibar

No sound deadening in the rooms so loud road noise and talking in other rooms. Ear plugs fixed this easily however.
