Staff went out of their way to make our visit easy and comfortable. Hotel is immaculate and in a beautiful location

Room was too hot and we couldn't figure out how to turn it down as no temp dial in room..

Didn’t have time to use facilities

The Atlantic Hotel truly is one of a kind. The staff were all exceptionally friendly, the spa facilities were exemplary and the food I sampled was delicious. The blend between classic and modern styling from the hotels reception through to the guest rooms is something to behold and the locational views are second to none. Highly recommended. Thank you.

I love that it was right on the ocean. We could see the lighthouse from our balcony. The food was excellent as well as the service. The bartender was exceptionally nice and he makes the best passionfruit martini .

The staff were fantastic, they went above and beyond to help in every way and were warm and friendly. Never intrusive. The breakfast was delicious.The hotel itself was comfortable, lovely decor and historical features and a pleasure to stay in. It had ‘soul’ and character. And the views were wonderful.

We liked everything. You would need a car, might be difficult to get around from there without one.

We were in a very quiet room, very comfortable and spacious, everything we needed

Price of breakfast at £30 pp a bit pricey but lots of great cafes nearby.

All food was superb. Staff were very friendly and gave professional service.

Water pressure in the shower wad poor.

The property is situated on a headland overlooking St Ouens beach. The staff are exceptional, the only very small negative is the water pressure! We all get use to over pressure wasteful showers and this is normal!

Throughly enjoyed a week at the hotel . We were upgraded to an Ocean View room

There was not a lot to dislike about this property but a couple of things that I missed when I compare it to another hotel we have stayed at in Jersey include ; air conditioning within the room ( but they do supply a fan) , larger leisure facilities (gym/pool area) and perhaps more variety at breakfast.

The hotel is supported by a wonderful location and great staff.

Pool and sauna need upgrading and no steam room. Not good enough.Restaurant hit and miss. One good meal and one poor meal. No apologies.Rooms are tired.

Very clean. The staff were very attentive. Food was good. Indoor pool is small but good. Has an outdoor heated pool which looks nice but we didn’t use it. Lovely position with great views.

The shower was in the bath which could cause a lot of problems for some people as not much room to turn around. Plus there is no screen so water more often than not ends up in the floor. Surprised there were no biscuits with the tea and coffee making facilities. There were 3 apples which disappeared after a few days even though they were okay. Most hotels nowadays have a coffee machine in the room or at least coffee bags, the Atlantic just had sachets of instant coffee. There was a fridge but it definitely didn’t keep anything remotely cool let alone cold.

Stunning location and excellent facilities. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was great and we ate dinner in the restaurant which although fairly pricey was delicious. Grounds were beautiful. Staff are all so friendly and can’t do enough to help.

A little remote and probably best to hire a car if staying there.

Staff were friendly and attentive. Peaceful settings, lovely to be out in the sunshine by the pool. Room was comfortable and clean and the hotel was well maintained. Dinner was excellent. Was a perfect one night staycation my husband and I wanted for a change of scenery.

Nothing really stands out as not to like. If I am being really picky, the bacon I had at breakfast was overcooked.
