    • Excellent, well stocked flat, super friendly staff, welcome drink, lovely pool and top class breakfast. This place was excellent I I’d highly recommend.
    • A great location with a view out over St Aubin's bay and just a 10 minute walk along the sea front into St Aubin as well as being on a frequent bus route between St Helier and the airport. The proprietor and staff were most friendly and helpful & breakfast was excellent. My room was upgraded to one with a beautiful view across the bay which added further to the enjoyment of my stay.

    Cons -

    • Lack of an elevator could be a problem for some.
    • Everything was lovely
    • A proper coffee machine should be in the suite- only improvement needed!

Nothing to dislike. The location was brilliant . Walking distance to lots of eateries . The beach opposite, bus stops opposite and regular buses to get you around the island. The staff were so welcoming and very smart. The breakfast was excellent. Great choice of hot and cold food . We are already looking at going again.

    Absolutely nothing!

LocationStaff were excellent, very helpful and friendly Lovely heated pool

Road noise was quite loud at times Some maintenance issues that need attention e.g. some doors/windows need repairing, safe not working But none of these ruined our stay

What a nice place right on the beach. The staff at reception and breakfast was excellent: very nice people, friendly and helpful.

feels a bit worn off, especially when you look around in the backyard - nothing that couldn't be solved by a good clean and some paint.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful

Some of the furniture was very tired and there were a few things that there could have been to make life a little better (full length mirror and more shelving in the bathroom.

Very good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, the hotel manager went above and beyond to make our stay very happy.

We arrived early and our room was ready and an upgrade too. Room was big, beautifully decorated with the most comfortable bed. Stocked mini bar, tea and coffee. Bathroom with bath and separate shower in a style that complements the building. Quality towels and toiletries. Breakfast was plentiful, delicious and well presented, served in the dining room with wonderful views. Alll areas were very clean. Location is perfect, 10 minute stroll into St Aubin and a bus stop right outside. Manager Tracy runs a great hotel with staff that are friendly and very efficient.

Very cosy hotel in a nice manor with very comfortable bedrooms well equipped. Easy to reach from the harbor with the Liberty Bus network and well located to visit Jersey with the bus network. Excellent breakfast and service.

The staff were friendly, good location, nice restaurants and picturesque view.

We were disappointed with several aspects of our double sea view room. Firstly, on entering the room, the carpet was badly stained in numerous places. The painted coffee table was chipped, and the double-glazed unit in one of the windows was blown, so no sea view from that window. The surface of the toilet seat was damaged, and the toilet seat did not remain up when using the toilet. You could also hear people flushing the toilets in the two rooms on either side. The level of cleanliness fell below our expectations as there was dust on the toilet roll holder and soap dispensers. The dining room was cramped, with tables close together. Several of these issues were reported to the duty manager, but subsequently, no issues were rectified despite being there for seven nights. A five-star rating at over £300 a night for bed and breakfast - it certainly does not meet this rating.

Great location. Good breakfast and large rooms.

Part has been refurbished and part hasn’t. Nothing too wrong with it but some bits need a bit of paint.

Beautiful location and excellent situation for the Air Show. Well maintained and available pool. Friendly and welcoming staff.

The wardrobe housed glasses next to the fridge ... also inside the wardrobe.BizarreMenu choices at The Slip across the road, and associated with the hotel were limited.
