Massimo is a good host.Sits outside his place and watches guests come and go.Place is next to beach and amazing night vibe to the place

Breakfast on the house but weird. Curd with cornflakes if you like, you will be good

Great location, super clean, very attentive manager.

We loved the location of the property; it is across the park in the center of town and not too far from the train station. Lots of restaurants nearby and close to the beach. The hotel is in an old building with charm. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Great location, Massimo is a great host. Really beautiful building in the city center near restaurants, beaches and walking trails. Room is big and clean. We left early early in the morning and were upgraded for the breakfast to a great place nearby (great value and service at the café).

Great location near restaurants mean a bit noisy but nothing a good pairs of earplugs can solve. The bathroom is a bit old fashioned and a bit of refreshment will make everything perfect.

Great centre for exploring Cinque Terre

Information about parking very poor - make sure you receive clear parking details BEFORE driving into town. While hotel is central -it is noisy at night

Good Breakfast at a local bar. great location. Had a fleet of bicycles for use for free. Great view of the central square, Close to the beach. Close to shopping. The bicycle riding is incredible, from the 12K abandoned rail right-of-way to the hills behind the city.

One way roads had to get used to.

The location was perfect. We were sent to an apartment across the park which was a bit confusing but it was nice, clean and close to the beach. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was included.

It is a bit loud from noice outside but didn't bother us too much. They have parking which was nice but cost 20 euro.

Lovely room with balcony and view on the city center. Comfy beds and modern bathroom. Nice and friendly owner. Simple breakfast included in the price in a little café next door.

I loved this place. He really cares about you as a customer. I needed to add a night and online it said they were full. He worked to shift things so I could stay and be in the same room. The location is awesome. I will definitely be back.

We booked this last minute, and chose because of the reviews. as we wanted to spend some more time in Cinque Terre. It did not disappoint. The location was perfect - central to everything. The room was brand new - the ac worked wonderfully. Most importantly, Massimo was a tremendous host! He was joyful and welcoming took care of us like we were family. We plan to be back this fall!

Massimo is a wonderfull host, you will feel welcome. He have the answer to all your questions. You will get very high service. Good bed, nice room. We would love to stay with Massimo when we come back.

Perfect location. Not far to the beach and the train. The big blue hotel door faces the main square/park and is just a few feet to the right of the Dolce Vita restaurant where the good hotel breakfast is served. Just press the buzzer for Massimo, the host who speaks English well. AC worked well. No mosquitoes that we saw. Bathroom was big and nice with great shower.

Lovely breakfast in a lovely cafe, nice gentleman checked us in ! Lovely place to stay near everything and we go there late off the train so it was great to get into the rooms

The sofa bed wasn’t the comfiest

the style and age of the building reminded of times past, minimallistic in style but very suitable to the needs of this type of vacation, the host was friendly and readily available to meet any requirements. Location wise right in the heary of what was occurring locally, with the hustle and bustle of local and vacation life intermigled outside the front and viewed from an idyllic balcony location with a constant buzz of passers by. Levanto is well worth a visit and a great location to view the Cinque Terre from by train or boat.

breakfast was a disapointment in its lack of options and what seemed a need to overcook and sprinkle with sugar the croisants but i can live with that as i rarely eat breakfast anyway. Thicker walls or soundproofing to the next door room would have been our only improvement

The room was very clean & the location could not get any better being only steps away from the beach. Massimo was an excellent host.

Levanto is the best location,less touristy and perfect to visit le cinque terre.Massimo is a perfect host, he provides you the information how to reach the parking behind the Hotel.He recommended a beautiful restaurant in Levanto ,Tumelin ,very good place.
