Hotel Palazzo Vannoni

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. I appreciated the communication I received prior to check in. The location was wonderful and it was a lovely stay. Breakfast was wonderful and my family enjoyed our stay.

The staff were extremely nice and very knowledgeable. All their recommendations for activities during the day and dinner reservations at night were spot on. Being located right in the center of town was wonderful and easy to get around. The rooms were very clean and newly renovated. If you are staying in the town, I would recommend. Given it is an older property and we booked late, our room was rather small but it was manageable.

The property was beautiful, clean, in a fabulous location, and Alberto, Francesca and their team were incredible. Truly!

It was close to all the amenities - grocery store and shops and restaurants ! Quieter and perfect home base for the Cinque Terre

Nice and clean. The staff was helpful and smiling. It had a good location, close to everything in Levanto. The breakfast was good, small luxury when the staff came with freshly brewed coffee at your taste. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Room was small but enough room. Location is good for the access to the train for the cities, plus local shops aren't priced for tourists. Overall it is a good spot

The staff were exceptionally pleasant, kind & helpful. In today’s normal of self- check in & self service, having received actual live human service felt luxurious. They were able to arrange alternate transportation for us during the one day train strike. The room is exactly as pictured, spacious, clean, comfortable bed & daily housekeeping. Breakfast buffet has lots of variety, with espresso drinks served & wait help to clear the table. Restaurant recommendations and reservations were appreciated. We plan to return! Bed could have had a few more blankets or duvet. Not super comfortable

No lift. It would belittle of a challenge for those unable to carry heavy luggage up the stairs. Otherwise it was just fine.

Fantastic staff, welcoming,booked great restaurants, recommended great local walks, will be back. Alberto and Elisa are warm and so helpful. If you are travelling in summer I would recommend that you book a private beach spot and restaurants before arriving to avoid disappointment.

I never write reviews for hotels- but this one was the best one I've been to for a while so I had to write a review! The staff were absolutely amazing, they were so kind and helpful! The room was clean, comfortable and the breakfast was beyond our expectations! Book a room here asap! :))
