Hotel Il colle di Monterosso

The building and all accommodations were perfect. I loved it. The breakfast was delicious. The shuttle ran on time and was reliable. Everyone who worked at the front desk was helpful and friendly.

Clean, lots of sunshine, great host, amazing breakfast, shuttle and location are perfect

Everything was perfect. Wonderful staff, great Breakfast, loved the pussycat. Fabulous having a shuttle there and back.Great location.

The property was much nicer than it shows in photos. Everything was very clean, well maintained and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was fresh with a variety of options to choose from. Having the shuttle available for drop off and pick up was very convenient.

Very helpful stuff, good room and equipment, great breakfast and good location.

Everything was excellent from staff to actual accommodations. The only small item was the distance from the hotel to the town of Monterosso. It was far enough that reliance on the hotel shuttle was necessary or an additional cost would be incurred. Not unreasonable but not perfect.

We loved the breakfast. The staff is super nice and the shuttle works perfectly!

The air conditioning doesn’t get below 25 degrees. It was really hot inside the room. We asked for help and they told us that they fixed it, but it was still hot for us :( that was the only thing. One suggestion also is that it would be nice to have a small fridge into the room.

Environment, staff

Access by shuttle

Great hotel. Offers a shuttle serves to town. There you can catch a boat or train to all the towns.

All good

This property was amazing! The room was very comfortable, we had a small balcony facing the mountain. The staff was very attentive. The breakfast and shuttle were great amenities. Loved it! Hope to be back

It was not actually in town. For precise location put the name of the hotel in google maps because i noticed the address pinned on here is not accurate. But they have the shuttle service which really made up for it and being in the mountain by the sea gave us the peaceful stay we needed.

Quiet and inviting

Couldn’t walk anywhere, on top of the hill

The staff was superb. Everything about this hotel was amazing. They made you feel very welcome. The shuttle service was great. Rooms were very nice and comfortable.

Nothing I can remember.

The staff was so helpful and nice. The shuttle service was very useful. Rooms are new and modern. There are hiking trails starting directly from the parking lot, which is great if you want to hike around the area.We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is far however they have a shuttle service every hour that takes you to the town and pick you up. Also customer service was amazing!!

Breakfast was wonderful and the owner, location, staff, and hotel shuttle were delightful!

The shower in our room was a bit small, but it worked for us.

Very pleasant and accommodating staff. Delicious hearty breakfast. Free shuttle to and from hotel. Communicate with hotel via what's app; best way for prompt response.

Small showers

The staff made us feel at home. They were friendly and accommodating.

Though the staff were helpful, it would be best if the place had an elevator. Also, would be good if there was an available kettle for hot water in the room or available hot water at the lobby all the time.

Clean, newly updated rooms. The shuttle into the village was a great benefit! The staff was very friendly and answered messages promptly. They gave my daughter a coloring book and pencils upon arrival. It was a nice touch. Good location. Worth the money.

Shower was small. Some of the food was not fresh (cheese had mold on it both mornings we ate there) and very small amounts were put out and ran out quickly.

Hotel staff were very friendly. Hotel rooms were very clean and cleaned daily

Location of property. It was advertised as 1.9km from Monterosso al Mara where as it was actually 4.2km. Hotel located high up the mountain. Not possible to walk anywhere from hotel as no paths and no lights at night. There was a free shuttle service that rang hourly but 1 night it was over booked and the next night the hotel forgot to collect us.

Super friendly staff, super modern bathroom, great shuttle Service down to and Up from Monterosso. great breakfast. We loved it:)
