Spa massages were pretty bad

Facilities were very clean and well maintained. We rented a two room suite, with the bedroom separated from the living area. Both rooms had a patio with sliding door access to them. Rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable. Staff was very good, Restaurant was very good. Levanto is not one of the 5 Terre towns, but train access to Monterosso was easy. Not at all inexpensive, but also a very nice place to stay.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the valley. The bathroom was a good size, though the shower was a bit small. Breakfast was average, but the staff went out of their way to make guests feel welcome. The restaurant and bar are highly recommended, especially after exploring Cinque Terre. The location is truly magnificent, with the train station easily accessible by the hotel’s shuttle, and the hotel facilities are excellent for relaxing. Special mention goes to Frankie at the reception desk—his knowledge of the area, proactive attitude, and natural warmth made a lasting impression.

The breakfast food and service were exceptional. We enjoyed the pool and sauna, and the setting in the Levanto Hills was very peaceful. The front desk and drivers were very friendly and accommodating, and their recommendations on travel and dining were excellent.

We booked a Suite and a Jr. Suite for my parents. The rooms were spacious, clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed for our 3-day stay. Unfortunately, they were located directly below the restaurant, so it was a bit noisy in the morning and evening.

My first visit to Italy. As for this hotel, I think it is probably the best one in Levanto. Compared to the whole town, it seems to be a very high-quality hotel, with excellent food in the restaurant. The views are really amazing, and I will definitely come back there someday. I have no complaints at all and truly recommend this hotel.Perhaps the only thing is that the breakfasts could be a bit more varied, since it was the same for several days in a row. I don’t mean big changes, but it would be nice if each morning had something slightly different. A big plus for the hotel is that it offers its own free transport, taking you to the city center or the train station. They can also pick you up if you call. We had a rental car, but it turned out to be pointless, because whenever we wanted to go downtown, there was nowhere to park. So the hotel’s free shuttle service is definitely a great advantage.

The breakfasts could have been more varied, as I mentioned above. Having the same options every day felt repetitive, and even small changes could have improved my overall impression of them.

The hotel was very pleasant, with a kind, reliable, and highly attentive staff. They provide shuttles to and from the town center or the train station. They made sure the room arrangement perfectly suited our needs.

Location, far from the city center. Hotel restaurant requiring reservations for dinner and not being able to accommodate hotel guests without reservations.

Great staff, meals and pool bar.

We came with our 16 month old and they were so helpful! The pool is heated and very very warm, the shuttle worked perfectly for us to get to the train easily, and the restaurant couldn't have been better with her. Also it was the best food we had our entire stay in Italy, and we were here for a full 7 days. It's a truly great spot on all fronts, also had a king sized bed which is so unusual for Europe!

Sometimes the shuttle took 15 minutes, but that was the longest. Also no room service.

Very good quality of breakfast and the food in the resataurant was simply outstanding. Lovely Pool. The location was fabulous with only 10 minutes walk to the station to visit Cinque Terre

Cleanliness

Very nice hotel, large room and clean facilities. Very easy to ask for transfers (granted it wasn’t busy!).

Not overly comfortable, little pricey and breakfast options were extra charge.. it was also way up the hill, so you need to transfer every time you want to do anything.

Great location for visiting Cinque Terre. Hotel has a shuttle bus to and from the train station. Staff was very friendly. Fabio and Frankie deserve special praise for their service and professionalism. Secure location with excellent parking. We enjoyed a lovely walk in downtown Levanto and along the waterfront after a busy day in Cinque Terre.

Staff went out of their way to be nice to us during every encounter! Rooms were spacious and clean with all of the amenities we would expect in US. Pool was also a plus.

Convenience - Shuttle bus was available to transport you to and from the train station or downtown, but walking was straight up hill (not recommended).

The staff was great! The location was great! The hotel had free shuttle to anywhere you’d like! Just an amazing location to be if you are going to visit Cinque Terre.

Loved the staff, very kind and accommodating, Quick with recommendations and assistance. Asked for room service on balcony, and it was accommodated promptly.

Felt hotel needs updating on furniture and overall decor. I would put as 3 star property. Restaurant bar seating very outdated faux leather chairs and not comfortable. Odd DJ stand set up in bar with Video of property on repeat. A bit odd. Not sure why outdoor patio at breakfast not utilized as would have been nicer view. BedRoom was ok, but for example old fashioned Hair Dryers wall mounted in bathrooms, and shower stalls very flimsy. Had requested Balcony room with sea view and received, but balcony wall solid concrete so once seated, could not see over wall, so not really utilized the view. Additionally, room adjacent balcony offered no privacy as you could see into other room/balcony. Location a bit isolated up hill. Pool not heated first week october a bit disappointing.

The staff was friendly and spoke English well. We appreciated the free shuttle into town and to the train station. The breakfast was amazing as were the cocktails. The rooms all had beautiful views of Levanto.
