The staf was super helpful and welcoming and the room was lovely. The facilities were charming and had everything we needed. We would stay again!

Excellent location walking distance to everything,quiet,I recommend to stop at the Levanto bar sit outside and relax having your favorite drink outside with the locals.Breakfast was excellent if you need a taxi they can help you with that

Underground parking, friendly staff, elevator, breakfast. Clean bedding. Refrigerator, Capsule coffee and teapots. Overall, it was good quality hotel.

Nothing, You just need to be careful when entering and leaving the parking lot.

Excellent location, good breakfast, access to the train station and shops. The staff were generally very pleasant and helpful.

There was no air-conditioning in the room nor a working ventilation fan in the bathroom. When we asked about this we were told that the fan was working and that the lack of air-conditioning was a seasonal requirement. It was hard to fathom this response given that we did not have any similar experiences in any other accommodation we stayed in in Italy.

I loved the colorful decorating and inviting seating areas both in and out. The free bicycles and secure, parking garage were great too. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious!

It was not right next to the sea, but only a short bike ride away.

Friendly helpful staff on arrival and throughout the stay. Comfortable good size room, well equipped bathroom. Breakfast was great, lots to eat and choose from. Good location

Lovely room with balcony. Comfy bed & nice bathroom. All very clean. Just on outskirts of town centre, an easy 5 minute stroll. We liked that it was halfway between the seafront and the train station so day trips to Cinque Terre villages were easy. Really good selection for breakfast and could help yourself to filter coffee & cold water from machine at any time. Underground parking for car available. Lovely garden area too.

Not much. It was just off the main road or up a back alley to get to the reception so a bit quiet if you were returning alone in the dark but seemed in a safe area.

Everything ! The place has a great location, staff is incredible and they even let us use the shower when we came back from a long hike after our check out. I'd definitely recommend it.

It was a bit uncomfortable not being able to use the AC. It was warm during the night.

The breakfast was great. There were selections of juices, breads, croissants, some cakes, one omelette cut into pieces. A good coffee served by the attendant barista with the word Coffee ‘printed’ on the top.

Fantastic location , easy check in . Friendly staff and great facilities. Very close and accessible to station , beach and town centre. Perfect accommodation and would highly recommend.Such a nice touch having the use of free to use hotel bicycles !!

Everything was great.

Location, easy walking from train and to the shops or sea side. I checked in early, they stored my luggage for the day, I picked up when the room was available. Great service.

Location was great. (5 min walk to beach) Cute, fun boutique hotel with brightly colored decor & motivational signs. Breakfast was great. Could order eggs with salmon or bacon as well as good selection of pastries & bread.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and spoke perfect English, making my attempts at Italian unnecessary! The incredible range of delicious foods on offer for breakfast were particularly enjoyed - thank you!

The room letters on the doors are not clear to understand, a very minor point.

Really nice sitting lounges outside great helpful staff, they even offer you a cell with a sim so you can use during your stay

Generous and varied breakfast. Wonderfully helpful staff, nothing too difficult. Good location within walking distance of the station, even with luggage and within the city centre close to restaurants. Great happy hour, cheap and with copious appetisers. The room was cooled for our arrival. It was great to get away from the towns of the Cinque Terre since they were so crowded and go back each afternoon to peaceful Levanto.

Possibly the room air con will struggle if the outside temperatures get any higher. We were there in early July. The shower cubicle would be a little too tight for a large person.
