Dormir sur la Plage

Wonderful room, very spacious> new bathroom, well equipped.

Our suite was exceptionally clean with a beautiful balcony overlooking the beach. Breakfast was delivered fresh each morning and was more than adequate. The bed was comfortable and we had very restful sleep. The suite had everything we needed with lovely extra touches such as selection of hot drinks and juices and fresh fruit. The Nuxe toiletries were the icing on the cake. A truly luxury experience. We enjoyed cocktails on arrival and later ate at the adjoined Manger Sur La Plage, a wondeful experience from start to finish. Staff were all very friendly and helpful and we had a wonderful 2 night stay. I would highly recommend staying here if you are lucky enough to find availability and I look forward to returning.

Fridge was a little small. Pillows not the most comfortable/a bit lumpy. But I’m being picky… it was lovely and would 100% recommend. ?

Fabulous room with a well stocked fridge. Fresh bread and croissants delivered each morning. We requested fresh milk and it was no problem. Comfortable bed.

I wasn't too keen on the sliding bathroom door. We like a wee bit more privacy.

Love this place. Photos don’t do it justice! Gorgeous rooms - every detail has been so well thought out. Exceptionally well appointed room. Breakfast is brought to the room - small terrace outside overlooking the sea & the quiet road in front. Very welcoming team. One huge added advantage is the adjoining restaurant ‘Manger sur la Plage’ which is also very special. The whole visit was an absolute treat.

The accommodation was well designed, great shower, comfortable seating area, sweet outdoor terrace with sea views, plenty storage for clothing, bed very comfortable with lovely bed linen and the mini smeg fridge was a nice touch. Breakfast delivered to your door every morning.

A mosquito plug in device would have been useful, mosquitoes getting into the accommodation when the door was being used. They particularly liked my husband even though he had insect repellent on.Sadly the restaurant was closed to guests on a Monday and Tuesday, the two days we stayed, due to private functions. It would have been lovely to eat there as it looked very cool. There was only one other restaurant in the area and it was also closed, so we had a 15 minute drive to the restaurant ‘Chez Gaby’ recommended by the staff which was very good. Not really ideal when you have just had a long drive. I should mention we stayed 11th & 12th Sept.

It’s a very good restaurant with 4 suites so you’re guaranteed a table for dinner if you want it at a very popular restaurant.

Weird English thing but ask if we prefer orange juice rather than pink grapefruit or apricot for breakfast … that’s how little we have to say about the negatives!

Not much... the bathroom door in room 1 didn't slide all of the way closed.

We visited on the off season and really liked how quiet everything was. The clerk at the reception office was very nice and recommended a terrific restaurant where we got fresh oysters. The in-room breakfast was top notch, with homemade compote, gourmet yogurt and fresh pastries. Great stay.

This isn't anything wrong with the place but it would have been better if we could have spent two nights there - we arrived late and they have an early checkout time so I didn't get the full experience of staying there.

New experience ,having breakfast in our room which we thoroughly enjoyed .Bread and croissant delivered fresh each morning . Jams ,yoghurts etc restocked every day ,all very high quality.Restaurant top class,varied menu at a good price. Staff ,very friendly and professional.A wonderful 3 days ,will return next year .

Excellent stay. Very comfortable room. Very helpful and friendly staff. Balcony overlooking the water for breakfast or sitting in the evening.

Coffee tables a bit big, a shade on the balcony when the sun is strong would be good.

This place is ideal if you like the isolation from the world and the absence of any wifi signal. Breakfast is being served in the fridge, so no need to go to a breakfast room. Excellent location and nice terras and view from first floor room.

This is not really a hotel, but more a restaurant with rooms. The restaurant is popular, but it is also the only real restaurant in the village, it has two closing evenings even in mid-july. And the food is very average. Breakfast is minimal and not served in the restaurant, but left in your fridge the day before. No wifi signal, worth that name.

Absolute gem for a stay on the Velodyssee route. I really hope to return here one day as it was just superb

There is nothing I don’t like about the hotel
