Hôtel Le Tivoli Théopolis

The suite is very nice and at an affordable price. Excellent location. There is a small garage which can be used minding the reception opening times. We could also use a normal plug to recharge our hybrid.Very helpful staff.

We arrived after the reception was closed and the team made sure we were able to check in swiftly and easily

Excellent location right in the heart of Sisteron. Great restaurant and bar just around the corner. A short walk up to the castle fortress.

It was very clean and central.

No bar and no 24 hour reception.

A family run hotel with extremely helpful and solution finding staff. Sebastien at the reception is going the extra step in order to make sure that all is running smoothly. Renovated, very clean and comfortable rooms, right in the center of Sisteron at the foot of the Citadelle.

Beds were a little small

The location near the centre of Sisteron was perfect, within walking easy distance of the Citadelle. The railway station was a 10-15 minute walk. Breakfast was very good for a small hotel, with plenty of choice. The reception hours are limited, but staff were very accommodating in accepting my late evening arrival.

There was no lift to my room on the 2nd floor, but this was only a very minor drawback.

Service at breakfast was good

Unable to get to the hotel by car as roads closed. Not able to use the garage as requested. Unable to eat there as restaurant is now closed.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good value. The rooms were quite a good size. The hotel was conveniently situated, and had a small garage for cars, motorbikes and bikes.

The road outside the front of the hotel could be quite noisy and traffic - lorries and municipal vehicles disturbed our sleep from 5am! I would have liked better pillows, and more hangers in the wardrobe.

Location was perfect. It was correctly placed to the parking lot, old town and close enough to the river and fortress

Nothing since they left reception without notifying me, and i couldnt enter my prepaid room

I arrived in time, 22:50 to my prepaid room, reception unmanned, locked, no answer on phone, neither on the number on the door. Locked out late evening. Horrible service

Excellent location right in the centre of the town and yet quiet even when the festival was ongoing. The restaurant was excellent and well worth a visit. Staff very friendly.

Great location for exploring Sisteron

The access to the garage is very tight anything over the size of a Ford focus will be a challenge!The breakfast was poor with a number of things croissants, bread etc had been eaten and not replaced!We never had breakfast the second day and shopped at the local restaurant!The evening meal on the second night was appalling ending with an argument with the restaurant manager!

The hotel is in a very central position to visit this interesting town.Parking, opposite, is very cheap.The kettle in the room is always welcome.The breakfast was good

Pity about two flights of stairs. The thick duvet was very hot at this time of year

Lovely hotel in the heart of Sisteron with a beautiful view on the mountains. The staff was friendly the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Would happily stay there again.

Location is excellent. Garage parking at six euros per day a bonus in this town where parking is generally very limited, although you do need a small car to access. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite and it was very comfortable, great bed.

We initially booked a twin room and it was very small with no property shower (just a shower head connected to a bath). We asked for another room and very kindly the receptionist gave us a suite that was available for the 2 nights our stay, which we enjoyed. We would have been disappointed with the twin room if that was all that was available. There seemed to be a lot of maintenance / drilling work going on through the day.

Location was excellent and the staff, especially Florentine were wonderful. The breakfast was 1st class and the whole place was exceptionally clean. Overall an excellent stay and we'll certainly visit again.

The on site parking is an underground garage. It can only cope with small cars so don't even try and get in there with a large car. I have a Toyota RAV 4. Icouldn't get in there.
