Cuneo Hotel

Perfectly located in the center of the city. Almost every restaurant is within walking distance. The breakfast was excellent! One of the best we’ve had in Europe. Gloria at the front desk was extremely attentive and super helpful.

The AC was not turned on. It was a very minor inconvenience as the room was warm when we got there but it got cold during the night. Not an issue.

The breakfast was abundant with a wide variety of items with eggs done to order upon request.

Toiletries in bathroom could have been of slightly higher quality.

Prime location close to the historic district, restaurants and must-see places. 10 minute walk from the train station. Hotel was clean, honest, safe and nice.

Our AC didn’t work and we were smoking hot, but that’s really not a negative on the hotel, just one of those things that happens. Our friends in their unit had no issues.

Everything! The room was warm. The bed was super comfortable. The shower was super clean and the drain ran quickly. The breakfast was superb. The staff were very special.

The hotel is just off the main piazza an main street of Cuneo, very convenient. Appear to be a very recent renovation or new hotel. we were able to get parking on the street nearby with good rate. The room was comfortable the bathroom and shower were top notch.All of the staff were charming, very helpful, explained everything, provided suggestions for dinner restaurant, they gentleman even provided a discount coupon for a newly opened restaurant nearby, and it turned out to be one of the best meals we had in ItalyThe breakfast buffet was very complete and excellent choices. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend .

the entry door is thin and allows corridor noise through. i think they can add an overly panel to solve this issue. otherwise no other issues.

Everything was like new and well done to begin with. The location could not be better, the bed was nice (I like hard mattresses), the bathroom sparkled with quality furnishings, both bedroom and bathroom were spacious, even breakfast was excellent.

The only thing that stops me from giving top scores all around was the plastic cups in the bathroom. If they had been glass, this place would have been absolutely perfect in my opinion.

Great location, room and bathroom are a bit small. Breakfast was busy but good. The staff Siliva and her blond coworker (sorry I dont remember her name) were wonderful and really made our stay!

Exceeded expectations - great location, comfy bed, good breakfast, smiling staff, excellent base to explore Cuneo and surroundings.

Rooms are not really soundproofed.

The staff are very friendly. The hotel is really clean. The rooms are designed nicely. The bed is really comfortable and there is air conditioning. It is in a great location and good value for money. We really couldn't fault it.

Perfect central location. Cheery staff. Excellent and knowledgeable restaurant recommendations, and on what to do and see!

Showers leaked water onto the floors. Air conditioner thermostat is difficult to control. Chaotic service in the breakfast room when crowded.

In the heart of the center, tastefully done, very cordial and professional, we were lucky to find street parking in front of the hotel at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend Cuneo Hotel.

Highly recommended hotel. Everyone from the staff is SUPER FRIENDLY (both at the reception and cleaning staff) and always trying to help, communication prior to arrival was very good as well. The hotel is perfectly located 100m from the main square but still we had a very quiet room with a window towards the courtyard. Air conditioning worked pretty well and we were able to reserve a car spot in the inner courtyard for 15€ per night. Breakfast was also very good so if we ever come back to Cuneo, we WILL VISIT CUNEO HOTEL AGAIN!
