Hotel Victoria

Clean, friendly staff, great location, great breakfast, easy check-in, safe.

Strong deodorant/perfume smell, there is worst, but it was hard to sleep with it.

Me ,my husband and my son loves the ambiance of the hotel .I love the bathroom and room was very warm and very accomodating. The room was really clean and also the bathroom.

I think slippers in our room are missing and maybe toothbrushes and toothpaste

Proximity to station, easy access 24hrs, clean and quiet neighbourhood.

the location was perfect as it was close to the station and a short walk from the main shopping streets. The hotel room was clean, had all the necessary comforts and free bottles of water from the fridge. The front desk lady was really helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Cuneo.

Very convenient location, friendly staff and comfortable rooms.

Nothing, it was great

Friendly service Close to stationClean Good breakfast

Modern rooms, excellent staff, safe parking in garage

Attentive service, kind and helping any time. Perfect location, 10 min to city center

Clean, really good breakfast with several options, nice staff, and the hotel is central.

The Wi-Fi signal in the room is weak.

Very cleanComfortable bedModern Design

Nice room.

Room not well isolated for the noise. Very small place for breakfast.

Good location, easy walk to town centre and restaurant. Friendly staff. Parking is relatively easy close by. At least in October.

Poor sound insulation from the street and the neighbouring rooms. At 06.00 their alarm went off and cycled 5 minutes on and 5 minutes off until past 07.00. So much for a relaxed start to the day.

Good location, 2 mins walk from railway station.

Quite noisy at breakfast time as room was right next to stairway.

The location is very good close to the railway station. The reception staff is friendly and helpful. The room is very clean and recently refurbished.

The breakfast is small and in one morning the serving did not work in expected manner.

It was a good honest basic hotel. The place was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good without being great.

The location is not close to anything very interesting. Our room was at the back of the hotel and we had to travel on two very slow lifts to get to it. We had a balcony but the people below were chainsmoking, so we had to keep the windows shut.

Very nice mini hotel managed with love and tender care. Great management, and the friendliest reception I've encountered on this trip. Room was great, breakfast was good. And close to the train station is a great bonus.

Nothing. Possibly a more comfy chair in the room, but that's of minor relevance.

near to stationfriendly staffvery cleannewly refurbished

It would have been nice to have a bar

Close to the station and city centre, clean, friendly staff

Breakfast area quite cramped

We were there for a hospital visit. Ideal location and very comfortable and modern room.. Good breakfast, great service

The airco unit was a bit noisy and difficult to turn off but that was the only discomfort

Staff was great. Breakfast was great

Very small room, for one night was okBathroom I had to get in sideways
