The hotel was very central and provided a good base to explore the neighbourhood from. Friendly staff and a good breakfast. comfy bed reasonable sized shower, but pretty small loo.

We were two road cyclists seeking low costs rooms for rides to the high Cols in the local Hills – Our needs are simple – clean beds and hot showers - the hotel provided these

We were two road cyclists seeking low costs rooms for rides to the high Cols in the local Hills – these rooms were expensive in our experience but the location is excellent and the rate competitive

Great location right in the centre. Garage for your motorcycle.Nice bar attached to hotel for a well earned drink

Tea and coffee in room would be a nice touch

Very friendly staff. The smart concept for a high-quality breakfast. Availability to have the bicycle kept in a safe place (one takes them in the room). Nice garden. An ideal place to stay for a night on a bicycle or motorbike tour through this part of the Alps. Actually, I think that guests will enjoy the place also when staying for more than one night - the quiet garden offers a superb mountain view; also, I think that car tourists would appreciate the place for a stop over as well, but as a cyclist, I highly appreciated that there were only very few cars around.

The hotel is in the middle of the old town, has lot's of history and full of character. The food was great, the full pension worth the money. The room was big.Inside parking for motorcycles is great. Lots of stairs, so ask for a room on first floor, if you have a problem with that.

The room needs a renovation badly, for this price it should be more modern.

    9JonesPosted on: 5-26-2023

ideal location in town with garage parking for motorcycles, ideal situation for the Cols, food good.

    8RichardPosted on: 4-7-2023

It was a good overnight stay, had everything I needed, including secure parking for my motorcycle. Just off the central square, so perfectly located to go see the sights

Location was excellent. Parking free. Super coffee before leaving. Lovely traditional building.

Unfortunately the room wasn't quiet and peaceful, or cool. We had had a long trip from Les Issambres...

excellent location in a really nice charming city, possibility to eat at the restaurant of the hotel.Local products provided on the breakfast !

    7BrucePosted on: 7-5-2022

This was my second visit to this hotel. Once again it provided very good value for money and it has a simpleness and charm that makes it a very welcome stopover after a hard and challenging days' driving in the mountains. I am so glad that authentic French hotels like this have managed to survive the Pandemic, we need them.

I was a little disappointed that the owner and chef seems to have dumbed down the menu choices compared to my previous visit in 2019. Perhaps this has been necessary because of the economic challenges of the Pandemic

best thing was a secure garage for a motorbike.

dated, squeaky, uncomfortable and a bit mucky round the edges.

    7UnknownPosted on: 2-17-2022

Comfortable, good value for money family room.

Bit dark in communal areas. Hit water ran out after early evening rush for showers

Pleasantly surprised . We had a nicely renovated room on the second floor.

    6SimonPosted on: 6-26-2023
