Very clean, wonderful location, sea view, excellent food, very attentive and nice service.

Valet service was the weak link in terms of the otherwise courteous attitude. Easy to solve: restaurant terrace and pool deck need few large ventilators. Tough to address, structural (but no huge deal anyways): total room size is fine, but separation with walls between living room + mini kitchen and bedroom resulted in a small, slightly claustrophobic bed room.

The location was fantastic, as were the staff.

The rooms were a little bit small and it took a long time to be served in the restaurant.

Food offer and quality, not at 5 star level.Staff not properly trained. They were willing to help but lack of knowledge and customer focus.

The place is nice, the architecture is beautiful and the view is great! The bar by the beach is very good, although a bit pricey.

Staff not well prepared, service is below expectations for such a place. Not suitable for vegetarians due to reduced buffet and wrong orders.

the hotel is amazing, with beautiful common areas, views, amazing room and super nice staff. food was delicious, the activities offered by the hotel were super cool, had an amazing time!

The room is really noisy for a hotel that price, air conditioning available might not be enough for the room size.

Very attractive resort.

I reserved and paid for a king suite with balcony but got a room under the pool with no suite and no balcony reprieve from the bugs. Bidet did not work. Overhead “night lights” that wouldn’t go out were annoying. Also, it is a fire and pool flood safety issue that guests cannot get out of the room without using their key.

the room was comfortable and clean. the staff was also great and friendly and willing to help.

it’s not the property’s fault, but found it unpleasant of guests taking their pets for a walk and not picking up their necessities around the hotel grounds. We couldn’t enjoy a nice night walk around the premises on the other nights due to these rude guests.

The hotel is overpriced for what it offers. The room is like a flat hotel, with a kitchen, nice, but lacks comfort. The bathroom is very basic for a 5 star hotel, and the bed lacks comfort.

Location. Staff with a smile. Room with a view. Proximity to the beach.

The staff at the reception barely speaks English which was a little unusual for an accommodation of this type. They were friendly though, and we managed.

Beautiful place to stay. Great service and enjoyed the beauty of Ilhabela!
