The SPA centre is good, especially the salty jacuzzi.

The sheets and towels are old and their smell is not fresh. The colour is grey and they have stains.

The staff is very polite and ready to help.The rooms are equipped with everything you need.The SPA area is good. I would definitely recommend massages.

There are no sockets by the beds.The breakfast could be improved.

The rooms were spacious. Clean 100%. We liked everything. It's in a peaceful place with friendly and carrying stuff. The food was great. The salt watered pool was the top place to be. Sauna and Turkish Amman, the and the hot tub were excellent as well. The normal inside pool was at 30°C. There is a kids' playroom, darts, and billiard pool. You can be entertained all day long, without even leaving the hotel.

The smell that was coming into the bathroom from the sewage. It was terrible, especially at night.

Good location and quiet, the SPA great.

The beds were too soft, not so comfortable. The shower and the bathroom overall needs some reconditioning.

I booked room with 2 twin beds, but there weren't such rooms in the hotel, so I needed to pay extra for at least room with 1 double bed.The food was cold

Everything. The spa facilities were wonderful, the rooms were big and comfortable, the food was amazing. The staff was always kind and helpful. We have been guests before and will definitely come back again in the future ❤️

I wish there were double beds not only in the studios but in the normal rooms too.

The stairs in the apartment were a little perilous

The hotel has all the amenities that allow you to relax, enjoy fun activities, and rest. Mineral water pools, spa center, fitness room, billiards, bowling alley.The staff is unobtrusively helpful, extremely polite and always available.The food is excellent. Compliments to the chef.The excellent location just 7 km from Bansko and 45 minutes drive to Gotse Delcev, as well as the proximity to beautiful ski trails, the forest, springs with mineral water, the center of Dobrenishte, the waterfalls of St. Nikola and many more places to explore, makes this hotel the right choice for a vacation.Hygiene is at a high level.Bathrobes are provided for the pools and the spa.

The staff was very helpful and welcoming. We stayed at the chalet next to the hotel, which is great for a couple-we really liked the privacy that came with it as well as the delicious meals just on a minute walk to the restaurant. The SPA center was really nice. There weren't many people so we really relaxed. We would definitely visit again

The staff is very nice, the hotel is comfortable and the garden is very spacious. There are kids playgrounds both outside in the garden and inside the hotel.

The pool was a bit crowded with many guests at the same time.

Very clean well maintained hotel. Design well thought. Green field available for sports, children designated area, very nice and spacious play room. The food was fresh and delicious with nice variety. Personnel very polite and helpful.

People with lower mobility cannot use the pool and the jacuzzi as there were no adaptations.

Spa was closed most of the time on sunday afternoon and Monday morning. Food was meh, outside pool was dirty.

The location is extremely beautiful, green and nice. The food was not perfect but good. The spa was working which is very nice after a long walk at the mountain. The relax room was amazing.The room was big and the bed was very comfortable. If you have children it is the right place .

It was my mistake that I didn't see that my reservation wasn't written air-conditioning.But It was very surprising for me that for this price and the hotel's stars there wasn't air-conditioning. .Yes you are at the mountain but in the summer it is very hot and during the day you can't stay without sweating in the room. I tried to find someone at the reception and restaurant several times but it was mission impossible. I had to wait for 5/10 minutes for someone to help me. There were other things but these were really unpleasant for me.

The spa facilities (sauna, steam bath, swimming pool) are very good. Moreover there is a playground for football and tennis. The complex is very spacious and offers great opportunities for outdoor activities.

Very friendly staff. Tasty food. Quiet place located at the end of Dobrinishte. The charlet is perfect for couples.

It’s overall a good place to stay. Not so new and with major signs of wear, for example, door frame seems was broken and partial repaired a lot of times and invisible power just keep it in working condition. But anyway the hotel has a very good SPA, especially in days with less guests. The food is also ok, except the thing that there is no free drinks for dinner… Everyday room cleaning and overall staff are nice.

We had breakfast and dinner included and the only strange thing was that no drinks included with dinner! I mean there is no free tea or coffee, so the dinner was without any drink… In the same place with breakfast we had an opportunity to make a coffee, tee or just hot water, but for dinner the coffee machine was disabled… Strange economy I think, but it’s you business and hotel, but my opinion — it’s not ok!

Staff was nice and polite!There weren't many people while I was staying and it was good.The facilities (pool and sauna, game areas) were working and maintained.The lobby area with working fireplace was a nice place to stay and relax.The meals were quite modest on selection but considering the value and time of the year - it was acceptable although nothing to remember.

The air was quite polluted from nearby houses using coal and whood for heating. Not the hotel to blame, its just how it is.The walk to the Spa area was quite cold and not pleasent especially when returning to your room wet.On general the temperature in the Spa area was too cold and after using the pools was unpleasant.

I stayed two nights at this cozy hotel in a very quiet area of this quiet town in the off-season The room is cozy, sort of taking me back to the old day. And yet, it is spotless clean : bathroom, bed, dining area. I did not use the pool so I have no comment. The first day/night , they have buffet breakfast as well as dinner. The second night/day, breakfast and dinner were on menu set. The reason was simple. This is my guess. First night was Saturday and there were lot of guests staying. Sunday night, there were just a few. For the buffet breakfast and dinner, it was excellent even for a vegetarian person like me. For the staff, they are truly great even with some language difficulties but it all worked out fine. For the price I paid, it was excellent value.
