Hotel Le Botti

Nice clean room and friendly and pleasant staff.

We booked the hotel because it looked luxurious and tranquil but the plastic chairs and pounding music around the pool didnt create a “spa-like” feeling.

The place was nice and clean . Restaurant in the evening was super good. .staff was kind

Maybe it needs some refresh on style of the rooms but it is a personal opinionThe bed was not super comfy

Nice quiet hotel slightly remote but only short drive away from town. Friendly staff.

basically everything was very good, friendly owner, friendly courteous staff.quietly located and very nicely renovated building.spacious room with large bathroom and excellent shower.

the swimming pool area was public and therefore always very crowded and we had no desire to linger there.unfortunately, this was not to be inferred from the documents.

The swimming pool was available for people outside the hotel as well, which made it very busy. Beds were hard.

The staff were lovely, the breakfast OK. The atmosphere in the breakfast room was cold and austere, there were two pretty feature lights but they threw out so much cold white light they made the room feel very much like a staff canteen, could be fixed with warmer lighting and some more colourful and comfortable furniture. This hotel has lots of potential

The beds were very uncomfortable and made loads of noise. Metal beds on tiled floors meant every time you turned over there was a racket...maybe a rug under the frame would help.

The place is soo close to Alba, so we can enjoy the Faire with the silence of the village. The restaurant was very good, we would love to use the Spa, but did not work out this time. We were upgraded to a bigger room that was a great bonus.

We had a lovely stay at Le Botti... The location is great for visiting vineyards and the hotel were super friendly and helpful with a delightful building and swimming pool.

Gorgeus venue, good pool, good restaurant and breakfast. Big rooms.

Room ac wasn't very effective and beds were a bit uncomfortable.

NOTHING!!! Do not waste your money to this scam, an absolute disgrace.

Horrible at least, we are in the process of taking legal action against the owner who was taking pictures of what we were not eating in the paid buffet breakfast and threatening us with this.To start with, we informed them that we would arrive with a dog and they asked us extra money for the cleaning. No probs with this. We arrived, water was everywhere in the room we told them they changed us room. Nobody helped us to move our stuff and it was not our fault this. Wifi does not work only in the reception. The bedsheets were full of make up and cosmetics traces from previous stay, they hardly changed this. They never cleaned for the dog and asked us although to pay the extra. I told them that nobody cleaned, the lady in the reception confirms with the cleaning lady that they did not clean , she agrees for us not to pay and she calls the owner who was not only insisting for us to pay but threatened us with pictures he took from what we did not eat the first day of the breakfast claiming that we consumed a lot. Where on earth an owner of the hotel is doing this? And if he is taking this kind of pics who knows what else he is doing. We went mad with this which was also irrelevant with the fact that they did not clean for the dog and the rest of the unacceptable stay we had and we paid of what we consumed extra. The guys is by far the worst hotel manager/ owner we have ever seen and the same his absolutely disgraceful dirty establishment. Avoid it to enjoy your holidays.

Overnight stay organized last second (1 hr before check-in). Professionality, courtesy, kindness, customer oriented. Welcome / check-in was very well and smoothly organized. All the staff (of the hotel and of the restaurant as well) behaved in an exemplary manner. Many thanks to all the staff of the structure.

The brickwork architecture is unique, as is the rural atmosphere; more like an agriturismo. get there by car or taxi. a wonderful place to stay and visit nearby vineyards.

Great location between various wine towns. The staff was super helpful with suggestions of where to go and what to see. Breakfast was a very large variety of food, nice pool.

The view was lacking from many of the rooms, wifi was not great.

Wonderfully friendly staff, beautiful renovation of a historic building, very nice arched brick ceiling.Good hot showers, extremely clean, good safe parking.Great valley bottom location for a quiet morning jog.

The Wi-fi didn't work sufficiently to work in my room.Desk lighting was non-existent.It would be great to have a window screen to be able to open the window for fresh air without flies & mosquitoes entering.

This hotel is timeless, staff very friendly and they speak English. The food there is awesome, and the setting very close to wine country.

There is no laundry service available.

Lovely hotel, well maintained and professionally ran.
