Quiet room, mini fridge; and also v good breakfast buffet. Good value for price.

Could use an extra pillow

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and included a wide variety of choices.

The main thing we enjoyed was the location and the parking. The staff was also friendly.

-The breakfast had everything it needed, but was not the highest quality. -The sounds from the corridor could be easily heard into the room and every now and then a loud vibrating sound could be heard. It almost sounded like someone drilling. We thought the vibrating sound came from the water pump, or a heater, turning on. The noises woke me up several times so my sleep quality was not very good during the stay. -There was only a “rain-mimicking” overhead shower, which made it very difficult to wash my hair. Also, it was difficult not to get the hair wet when trying to take a quick shower since the showerhead was straight above.

Fairly priced hotel. Does its job without exceeding expectations.

Disgusting smell in the bathroom. After request of cleaning it didn’t really help. Breakfast was poor, taste of the coffee was bad.

Breakfast felt like a school canteen but plentiful food and staff were helpful. The rooftop restaurant for dinner was great - a superb meal.Good parking, handy for town centre, good restaurants and quirky shops.

No tea/coffee making facility in room, but kettle and an extra pillow were delivered when we requested.

Functional hotel in a great location. Although there are many restaurants in the town, don’t overlook eating in the hotel restaurant .. it’s great!

Very well located related to the concert venue we were going to for the Collisioni Festival.

Facility is very good. the free parking was great. very clean. Excellent location.

Lack of Tissues in the room. no coffee or tea in the room. In my case they gave me the only electric Kettel they had for preparing my medicines. Breakfast has no Fuits or vegetables. Coffee taste.

Breakfast was the same. With a huge amount of tomatoes, peppers available...the hotel never put any out for breakfast.

The stay, in general, was very good. The staff was very nice, with minor exceptions, and the breakfast was correct. The location is good, especially to attend conferences in the Palazzo Mostre e Congressi.

The triple room with individual beds had two beds and one sofa bed. It would be better to include three individual beds instead.
