Hotel Calissano

Hotel Callisano is perfectly situated to allow us to walk into Alba and many local restaurants. We especially appreciate the underground parking and the laundry service, after so many days/weeks of travel. The staff was more than accommodating and kind.

Nice and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Decor was a bit dated, and spent first night without air conditioner as we did not know the windows had to be shut to activate the system.

This is a very well run hotel with attention to details. The rooms are spacious. The staff is very helpful and always there for you. We loved their breakfast. No doubt we will return to this hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I was genuinely impressed. It's truly excellent for a 4-star hotel, especially for the price I paid. The hotel appears recently remodeled, blending a classic style with all the modern comforts. Everything felt fresh and was in excellent condition.My room was incredibly spacious and well appointed, offering a very comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options to start the day right.A huge thank you to the reception staff, who were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I arrived very early in the morning, hoping just to drop off my luggage to explore the city, but they went above and beyond by having my room available much sooner than expected. This thoughtful gesture truly made my visit so much more enjoyable.Overall, a fantastic experience and great value. I'll definitely consider staying here again!

The best thing is the staff…wonderful! The shower was great, with lots of hot water and pressure.

A bottle of water in the room won’t hurt: it is practically a standard in a majority of hotels.

Staff were attentive friendly, location to the main old town was walking distance.

Pillows need to be replaced with more comfortable ones.

A modern well planned hotel with good restaurant; excellent professional and welcoming staff. It is an easy walk into Alba centre for sightseeing and shops. And it is just a 15 min walk to the train station and bus stops. In fact our car stayed in the hotel garage all the time!

Great location easily reached in the center of chaming Alba. Large secure garage. Beautiful, spacious room with plenty of storage, laptop size safe, excellent bathroom. Impeccably clean. Quiet. Large buffet breakfast. In January, this hotel was worth twice what we paid. Best of all, the staff was superb.

The bathroom was a little dirty but the assistant manager was arguementative but eventually was friendlier

The breakfast was just perfect with lots of suggestions. The room, wc is comfortable and clean. I love the location just at the edge of historic centre, it is quite and easy to get to all places of interest and good rests. The train station is close by.

A bit expensive

The room was large, clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Excellent location-200 meter from the city center. Free underground parking with security cameras and gate.

The room is spacious

Although we have non smoking rooms, I can smell smoke on and off, maybe someone is smoking in other rooms and the smells travel to our room via the aircon.

Pros: Walking distance to city center, very clean, very confortable bed
