    Pros +

    • From relatives who stayed there before
    • I loved the peaceful atmosphere, the elegant villa setting, and the warm hospitality — it felt very special.
    • The staff was very good, classic furniture,, clean

    Cons -

    • There wasnt anyone to help us with the luggages, there wasnt any shuttle car from hotel to outlet, the cabs they provided took long time to reach us, the room wasnt well cleaned. Tbey blamed everything on the holidays
    • No iron in the hotel, no coffee nor tea, no water boiler in the room.
    • No kettle in the room…no autonomy if you want just your evening tea quiet in your room. Hotel should stop pretending it’s a palace..it’s not. Basic breakfast and no care for a pregnant woman (especially from one receptionist girl letting her carry her heavy tray with cups and hot water to the room…).

The hotel left a truly wonderful impression — perfectly located in the very heart of Florence, with impeccable interiors and a carefully curated atmosphere of elegance and calm. The room was absolutely stunning: spacious, refined, spotlessly clean, and exceptionally comfortable. The staff were outstanding — attentive, discreet, and genuinely caring.A special thank you to Sara for her warm welcome and thoughtful assistance — it’s details like these that make a stay truly memorable.Without a doubt, a place one would gladly return to.

everything was perfect, especially the wonderful and super attentive Maitre. Excellent food and very good breakfast.

Breakfast was okay, but not the best—perhaps due to visiting in the low winter season. I imagine it would be better in the summer when the hotel is busier. The hotel had its charm and was quite enchanting. My stay was comfortable, and the location was convenient, right next to the Serravalle shopping center. There are good restaurants nearby, but a car is necessary. Free parking was available, and I was also able to charge my EV. I will definitely come back!

    Nothing. Good Hotel

It is a kind of historical places with antique look of the furniture. The restaurant and the food is quite nice and they try to differentiate themself with special menus and plates. That is a plus for me because I am done with typical Italian food. The staff is kind and helpful.

The toilet and bath articles (like slippery and toilet paper etc. ) are a bit cheap like 2-3 star of hotel. I believe, This does not fit this hotel much.

Almost everything. Great room and breakfast.

Water pressure in the shower is not acceptable. Generally, the bathroom and toilets must be renovated.

Very beautiful villa with history, stunning design. A good place for a quiet holiday, and of course a very big plus is that it is located next to Serravalle village of boutiques. Very clean and beautiful rooms, we had a room with a view of the Valley, it was great, the room is spacious and cozy, large bath and toilet

The only nuance was with the waiters in the restaurant, either they were tired of work or they just forgot about us all the time. Sometimes the waiter brought the right order for dinner, sometimes in the morning I asked to bring date with plant milk and they told me that everything would be brought in a couple of minutes, but I never got my coffee and I just had to drink tea. This is of course very strange for such a hotel. The breakfast itself was delicious, but I think that for this place it could be more varied.

Everything was excellent, restaurant, bar, hotel, rooms and of course the staff were exceptional.

there was no kettle or water provided in room

I loved this hotel , staff are great , parking is very good , breakfast was very good also , the only thing i would suggest is that in the bathroom maybe they could put some soap and shampoo to wash , but the reception tried to help as much as possible, also very close to the outlet.

Noting to be honest , as expalined maybe bathroom shampoo ect..

Villa Pamela is a beautiful hotel in Novi Ligure! The building is amazing and the pool as well!

Rooms could have more modern furniture and kettle for coffee and tea

Nice gardens, good room and safe parking.

A small issue with our room that could have been dealt with much better if staff responsible had bothered to communicate with us. Sadly, despite good service during our evening meal, personnel spent the last 20 minutes of our dinner clearing the restaurant and preparing it for the next morning - a similar issue again the next day at the end of breakfast. Although we spoke to the reception about our experience there was little or no empathy.

Reviews are always also expectation management. The rating for this hotel is very mixed. The hotel is very nice, the small park invites you to linger and the pool is great for relaxing. The terrace for dinner and breakfast is simply fantastic.

On the other hand, I was very disappointed with the service. Here are a few examples: After a 850km drive I was looking forward to a jump in the pool, but I was bitterly disappointed because you have to reserve the pool in advance!?!?! How is that supposed to work when you've just arrived? The staff in the pool house / bar are extremely unfriendly and I didn't feel welcome at all In beautiful summer weather the pool closes at 7pm and you are rudely shooed out. Why is this point all the more important? The hotel is located on the next of a large industrial area - not Tuscany style, where you like to stroll through the countryside. At breakfast you have to pay extra for 1(!) fried egg.The reception guy at the front desk felt like a robot who would rather look at his cell phone than welcome me as a friendly guest (no small welcome drink or similar things- nothing).wifi in the entire public area and especially in my room is extremely weak or non-existent. Mobile network is also week (nothing for remote workers).
