Very nice breakfast was served with a fresh food and the parking was right at the front of your entry door.

The room had a dump and cigarette smell. The shower room was horrible and the central heating was very noisy. The location was very isolated, if no car it would have been difficult to get there.

As an overnight stop on the way to Genova (or the ferry), the convenient motorway access is the main selling point. Easy access to the Outlet Malls for those who are here for shopping.

Apparently not a "Non Smoking" facility. Room smelled badly of the cigarettes. Had to explain to the kids what the burn marks all over the place were.Bathroom was not very clean, and rather dated.

Well equipped hotel/motel. We stayed for one night during our long travel. Absolutely worth it. They even provide shower gel and shampoo, free water in mini fridge, towels and free wifi. Car is parked right in front of the room on one side. On the other side of the room is a door to the hallway, reception and dining area. Very clever solution

Bed is too soft for me, but it's everyone's preferrence. Our room was next to technical room, probably main aircon unit or something. Therefore it was noisy sometimes.

Being able to park outside the room. The large room size, and same for the excellent bathroom, shower was brilliant. Beautifully quiet once inside and bed very comfortable. Breakfast good too!

Nice breakfast and coffee at bar, helpful staff, Easily reachable, 24x7 reception, booked 2 rooms for 3 , okay fora night else might get a little congested with the extra bed for the third person

Very nice hotel, near outlet. It was warm in room, that was nice in december. Clean room. Good breakfast. Great american style of accomodation (you park in front of your room's door).

Cute motel near the motorway, ideal for a few-day stopover when doing a long journey by car. The room had its own parking space right in front of the door which made unpacking and packing pretty seamless and easy. The hotel is pet friendly too which was a deal breaker for us when we traveled here with our cats. The staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the breakfast was nice. Get a coffee for your breakfast, it was great! We will definitely visit again when we are near Novi Ligure.

A suitable place for transit. Cleaning, parking in front of the room, tasty and varied breakfast. Reasonable price. Exactly what you need.

Maybe the room is little bit small

The smell in the room reminds me of cheap motel somewhere deep in the US for 30$ per night. They use so much air freshener that it takes time to adapt to the odor.

10 minutes away of seravalle designers outlet. The staff was great and very helpful. Parking available just outside your window.

Tipcal motel, staying for 1 night. Parking in front of your room. Breakfast ok, simple, but good.

The rooms in the back yard are not very attractive. Especially not the ones near to the compressor, which'ee is very noisy. The rooms are full of smoke, bad smell. The bathrooms are outdated, with a lot of technical failure
