Badalona Tower Hotel

I like the cleanliness, the staff is very friendly.

I Travel sirve my family and we have to take 2 rooms.

We made it through one night but would never book again

Room was too cramped for 3 adults not enough no coffee maker very uncomfortable no room to move or get around.

The size, the location.

They do not have a coffee maker in the room. They do not have shampoo, they have a very small soap. Things that I think hotels with less ranking have.

No soap, no tissues , the bathroom and the room are together weird design

1. The terrace was closed sometimes.2. Room service staff was sometimes rude3. The photos were different.4. Cleanliness 5. The restaurant was not clean and didn't have nice food. Always cold or burnt. However cheap.

Reserved 1 room for 1 night, would have been 3rd stay in 2 years, business wise. Received e-mail that credit card got declined. Interesting though if you book 4 flights and 2 other hotels for almost same period. I thought, ok, if they're too stupid to do a basic reservation, than I chose another hotel, what I did. Reservation with advance paying (as I was in a hurry due to that incredible incompetence of Badalona Towers) and everything went it's normal way at the other hotel. If that incompetence at Badalona Towers would not be enough, they charged me via credit card (that got declined!) the full amount. So.. for a reservation too incompetent but for charging afterwards arrogant enough.. Never again I will reserve a room there!

My room (1205) was very comfortable with nice amenities. The bed was comfortable, shower spacious, and views wonderful. Do yourself a favor and visit the Mediterranean side of the hallway and look out at the great view. Early AM is the best time.The location is in a nice, quiet area, where I felt comfortable walking throughout this older, family oriented neighborhoods. No need for a cab, just enjoy the neighbors and the comfortable walk.

My only disappointment was with the dinner menu and closing time. Many of the local restaurants close early, especially on Sundays during my stay. This may be due to the time in early March. Unfortunately, the dinner food left much to be desired and was my only choice on a Sunday night.

I liked the way the check in (from airport pick up) through to arrival and the room went well with no problems. Nine days is a long time in any hotel, but things did not go badly and there was always something fresh and new to explore - even in the middle of winter. The hotel is 5 minutes from the medieval town, and the Roman museum and 15 minutes from the beach and the Metro into Barcelona.

The only real issue during the stay was the e-keys loosing room access on a regular basis.

There was no coffee cups or coffee/ tea bags in the room. However, there was a kettle so you need to bring your own tea/coffee/milk/etc. which is a bit strange ?

room was nice and brightness staff was nice Quiet 15 min by walking from beachfront, close by center city.

- The bedroom is separated into 2 parts by a bay window. You enter through the “bathroom” section, which includes the tap, toilet door and bathroom door... surprising, given that the wardrobe is also in this section.The bathroom space is unnecessarily large, especially as the shower area is small... there's a big empty space that's unused for anything..- the odor of the household products used are too strong (windows must be opened on the first day). - About the parking lot ... we were not told how to pay for the “public parking lot”, which was supposed to cost 18€/day max and had to be paid for at the hotel itself ... as a result, we were in for a pleasant surprise on the first day. - We woke up with a few small pimples on our skin... it might not have mattered except that we noticed that they were on the parts of our bodies that had been in contact with the pillows... maybe a coincidence, but, hard to believe anyway...- One lamp didn't work

Clean modern room.

Room too small for 3 adults and a dog, and too expensive - parking should have been included in price, not an extra expense.

Room not big and if more than 2 in room, even with baby not comfortable Dust on window and roomtowels and swimsuits don't dry at allhigh humidity15 mins walk form sea side and from the metro.

Got stuck in the lift for an hour with my baby, calling for help and pressing the assistance button no one was helping or responding. My husband had to pull the doors open and we had to climb out the lift on to a level. The room wasn’t cleaned proper I was overcharged it was horrible I would never ever go back

The Room was comfortable and Clean

the Breakfast had moldy fruit in its display. this was off putting and made the experience less welcoming.

Rooms were extremely clean. Hotel staff was always at service. There is also a very cool terrace open for all and looking to Barcelona city.

There was no major issues in our stay

Great hotel, looks cool, well designed and comfortable. There is a restaurant on site (we did not try it) and parking as well. Badalona is a cute place just outside Barcelona (not so close to the center but about 30-35 euros by cab, or you can take public). We picked it because it's just off the highway but were surprised at Badalona itself, which is worth a visit.

Literally the only thing is no coffee in the rooms. There is coffee at the bar and the restaurant but I prefer to have a coffee machine, so I can start my day with coffee. Otherwise, no complaints.

Quality of the food and drinks for breakfast definitely need to improve.No smart TV
