Nice hotel with a good location. Really close to the sea, and we had free sunbeds, which was really nice of them!Most of the staff are really nice and helpful. The food was really great, with a lot of options to choose from.

A hotel is a little outdated, and it would be good if they renovated it. Also, you could say that the room is clean on first glance, but I dropped something under the bed, and when I went to grab it, it was full of dust underneath.

The only good thing to highlight is the professionalism of the reception staff that welcomed us with wonderful skill sets.

Overall experience really miserable, definitely can´t recommend.The booking page of Orsan Hotel by Aminess it's completely deceiving in the pictures show cased: the facilities are outdated and in terrible conditions (it rains inside the hotel reception lobby), the hotel restaurant / breakfast is a joke (their concept of breakfast fruit offer are rotten bananas and apples), and their private beach is basically a concrete pier with sun chairs.The prices are completely absurd (€155/night) taking into account the overall experience.

The staff were really what made this experience special. They go above and beyond while being extremely polite and helpful. The hotel's location is also lovely as it's right on the beachfront.

The rooms are a bit outdated and small. Generally, the interior of the hotel needs a bit of a refresh. I also didn't like that even guests of the hotel had to pay to rent a sunlounger for the beach.

Clean hotel, close to the beach, food variety is perfect, staff was nice to us the whole time.

The entire staff was very pleasant & professional during entire stay, always trying to make our experience great. Food served during both breakfast & dinner was very tasteful, also the staff was always making sure that nothing is missing. Also, we liked the fact that hotel has both outdoor pool & is located just near the beach - great choice for your family!

Is very close to the beach and pool. Pool has sea water. Room had a good climate control. Bed was nice. All the dishes during our 2 weeks stay (breakfast, lunch, dinner) were perfekt (very and very delicious). The hotel staff including cleaning ladies were very friendly and helpful. Very good were also the animators for children :)

Pool had constant depth (1m40cm), not very suitable for the small kids. The hotel is situated rather far from the Orebic city center (but with car it is only max 8 Minutes ride).Parking was not optimal (it was free, but not so many suitable places).

Expensive for the standard of the hotel.

Property is a bit old. Pool was closed all day.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The meals provided are delicious, with a great variety that caters to different tastes. Free drinks are only available with the included meals. The cleanliness throughout the hotel is impressive, and the rooms are well-laid out and equipped with air conditioning. The balcony with a sea view is simply perfect, offering a serene and picturesque setting.The hotel staff is exceptional, with waiters Nikola and Roko standing out for their politeness and excellent service. Receptionist Lidija is also very nice and helpful, enhancing the overall experience. The city center is well connected with a convenient walking path, making it easy to explore the area. Day activities are well organized, thanks to the help of Maja, ensuring that there is always something interesting to do.Despite a few minor issues, I had a fantastic stay and would recommend this hotel for its excellent dining, clean and comfortable rooms, beautiful sea views, and outstanding staff.

Parking is included, though it tends to be quite busy. The front pool with seawater is enjoyable, though the beach area could use some improvement as there is a lot of old dried seaweed piled up, and the sea isn’t deep enough for a proper swim.

Can’t say everything in detail about this hotel, but at the first sight everything seems old and praying for reinnovation. When we arrived and received the keys from the room, we noticed a strong smell coming from the bathroom. We kindly asked for changing room, but unfortunately all the rooms were occupied. As a family with a one year old kid, we decided not to stay in this room. In the end we were offered to move to another hotel of Aminess chain - Grand Azur HotelI for the same price. It was really strong and client-friendly move from the staff. Vaccation in Grand Azur was one of the best my sea-hotel expirience. Amazing staff, location, beach, food etc. 11 out of 10, really outstanding!

Need reinnovation

The staff was great. Food tasty, a lot of seafood for buffet. Position of the hotel and pool are great.

The beach and access to the beach is not very well maintained. The bathroom was quite dated. Parking space is very limited.

Nice location. It is older hotel requiring renovation, but entire personnel is very attentive. Quite extensive food variety.

Lack of parking spaces. Hotel surrounding could be maintained better, especially plants and lighting.

It’s an older hotel and need a bit of repairs to make it better

I loved the location, that the hotel was located directly on the beach which also gave us the choice of staying by the pool or relaxing on the beach and having access to other beaches not far up the road. There was lovely entertainment that we enjoyed, 2 males with a guitarist and singer. The sea view room really made our stay even better. The staff on the main desk were very friendly and even gave us a souvenir before we left.

The bathroom ceiling wasn’t great as there were slabs instead of a wall and gaps you could see through and you could hear the people in their rooms next to us very clearly when showering etc.. the food wasn’t the greatest especially at breakfast the variety and options were limited.

Room was clean, employees very kind, receptionist, waiters, cleaners... Nice hotel swimming pool. Very good food. A lot of chairs for kids.We recommended this hotel.

We didn't have double bed, but two joined beds. Unfortunatelly between them was space and it was a little difficult to sleep there with 1,5 year old child.. The area near the parking could be a little bit cleaner and neated.

Private beach, we enjoyed swimming the most. Verry kind staff and the food was really tasty. Reception and kichen??

Some old facilies, no shade on the bslcony. Frontyard pretty much negleckted and surrounding areas. No ambrelas on the beach.
