I liked the fitness and pool area and the general appearance of the hotel.

The parking garage gate was closed without contact with reception, so you had to climb out and ask them. The room keys were erased three times. The cafe closed at 11pm on a Friday night. There were no supermarkets and no cafes opened in town.

The overall structure is nice, with outside pool area and good restaurant

The room was very basic and looked oldish

Secure underground parking for car with bikes, complimentary Nespresso coffee in reception, short drive to alternative restaurants. Ideal stop to break up a long journey.

No USB ports and TV had fewer viewing options than other hotels. Our room may be due for a refresh in a while. Fixtures are a bit old. No kettle in the room.

Being on the first floor, I was disturbed by the sound of the ventilation system in my room despite my unit being turned off.

We recently stayed at this hotel with our 4 year old son, and chose it specifically because of the advertised indoor and outdoor pools. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed to find out that the indoor pool was not available to hotel guests with kids from Monday to Friday. This crucial detail was not mentioned anywhere on the hotel’s website, leading to a lot of frustration and inconvenience. To make matters worse, the outdoor pool was not clean (water was full of insects and leaves), which further diminished our experience. We asked at reception if it could be cleaned so we could use it but it seemed to fall of deaf ears. It is essential for the hotel to maintain the cleanliness of its facilities to meet guest expectations.Additionally, during a thunderstorm one night, the windows in our room (419) howled with wind due to poor seals. This made for a very uncomfortable and noisy night, which was quite disappointing. Our room was also looking out onto a busy a railway line which meant that you were woken very early every morning with passing trains blowing their hornsTo improve the guest experience, I strongly recommend that the hotel updates its website to clearly state the availability of the indoor pool. This transparency would help future guests make informed decisions and avoid any unpleasant surprises. Additionally, regular maintenance and cleaning of the outdoor pool , should be prioritized to ensure it is always in good condition for guests. The window seals in the rooms also need to be checked and repaired to prevent such disturbances during bad weather.Furthermore, while the breakfast was good, it lacked variety, especially at the hot counter. Every day, the only options were scrambled eggs and bacon. It would be great to see more variety, such as different styles of eggs, sausages, pancakes, or other hot items to cater to diverse tastes.Overall, our stay was comfortable, but these improvements would significantly enhance the guest experience.

Location is good, if you are traveling by car there is a petrol station with best price in town, service and staff of the hotel is good

We stayed more than 10 times in the hotel, so it’s a few things to change:- for years there are a lots of flies in the cafe (sticky tape can change it during Non-Working hours)- the hotel is slowly turning into a wreck (new wall paint can change everything) but price remain high (even higher than normal)- lunch and dinner are the same but price has been doubled

It was certainly not 4 star even the rug at the door suggested that.The flies in the room were awful. The flies in the restaurant awful and nothing being done to control it.Pool area not very pleasant and the hotel in the middle of nowhere.Bedding not good quality, no iron in the room so you have to pay for pressing of clothes.No kettle to make coffee and generally just dull and needs refurbishment but the flies are a different level.

The reception staff were very nice and helpful .and the gym was good .

It was not on a great location and there were flies everywhere , youCould t even sit round the pool , I have been badly bitten .

Reception was ok k, parking is good for big cars

The restuarnt staff are unbelievbke rude, the old blonde lady is so rude and hates everbody including herself , i came one minute late to pick a coffie she told me just go and buy it no bufffet anymore , just so rude, Sleeping in bed is horrible i woke everyday bitten with red feet and back ! The next hotel everything was gone.

Close to La roca village

Too many issues in the room…No iron in the all hotel….

Hotel is well located over the hill so you have a nice view of the city from the room and can easily catch the road from there. Hotel has pool, gym, restaurant, etc.

The bathtub had some rotten spots and the shower does not work correctly because there's too much limestone on it. Overall, even though it's hot outside, the AC is way too strong, I had to sleep every night with a cover because even turning it off completely, it was too cold.

Not anymore 4 stars hotel, i was here in 2019. another problem the room that i ve booked is not listed in booking. please put actual pictures with each type of room. The hotel get s from me a (3) , beacause it is now maximum a 2,5 stars hotel.The management should do something, not only charge the customers for a 4 stars experience, and offer very less.I ve visited barcelona daily by train.a 2 stars hotel i would it find it aswell in barcelona for same price

Staff were great and always avaiable to give assistance. Nice hotel with good breakfest. Very good beds and quiet hotel.

on the 1st room the AC wasnt working but I the staff get me another room and everything was good.

Hotel room was tired bed was uncomfortable bathroom was large but dirty the shower head looked like it’s never been cleaned bath was all marked black mold in the grout and around the bath. Tv did not work lights in the room were so dull

I don’t think it is okay to rent out rooms when the hotel organises a party at their premises. Very loud music until 3 o’clock at night. They told us when we checked in but we had no other option than to stay as it was a non refundable booking. Not a great stay
