The hotel exceeded all expectations. The jewel in the crown are the restaurant staff. Jordy is an affable server, but it is Marco who steals the limelight. The quality of the food is very close to high end restaurants. The man is a genius. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

The flimsy toilet paper…

The room was very restful, clean and comfortable. It was a good size. The restaurant had very good food and good service, we had dinner and breakfast. A very good stop very close to the motorway and a haven away from the busy traffic.

Personally would have liked a little more fruit selection at breakfast, but that is hardly worth mentioning as there was plenty of variety other foods and all sorts of options. Restaurant has a great view over the expansive valley.

Some of the receptionists were unhelpful, but restaurant staff excellent.

The breakfast is poor. They serve margarine instead of butter, plant-based yoghurt only, the coffee machine makes horrendous coffee, the eggs appear to be fake, the bacon was probably plant based or just low quality. Perhaps one of the worst breakfasts in Europe. Apparently Edenred is the service provider. Be warned. The pool hasn't been repaired for at least a decade.

This is a Very nice place! Close to the highway. The room we booked was basic but enough. Maybe it’s not a 4 star hotel but it was really good. The staff was very nice and friendly. The lady who was in charge of breakfast offered me a gluten free option (I’m celiac), which was so nice. I’m grateful for that.

Fake scrambled eggs from the powder.

Swimming pool and they let me park my Harley Davidson right out by the front desk (personal bodyguards)

Cleaner was rude upon checking in, went to my room and it wasn’t ready yet (I went to see if it was ready after waiting 20 mins) and she grunted and shook her head at me like I was a sub human being not worthy of a normal greeting.All other staff were exceptional inc restaurant etc

We liked everything especially the workers/staff were very good big up to Andrea and the colleague at the resturant and the lady from Senegal who cleaned our room8&9 and the reception of course who were very helpful..

Well unfortunately there was a member of staff not the cleaner who came to our daughters room#9 several times opening the dòor without knocking and it was kind of scary for her but overall all was great

Large modern rooms with air conditioning and very welcoming staff.Also the location is close to AP-7 highway and 5 minutes away from Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya.

We liked everything

I travel a lot through Europe and spend the night in the most diverse locations. For this trip I ended up in Granollers again in the periphery of Barcelona where the beautiful Hotel Augusta Barcelona is located on top of a hill on the AP-7. An ideal place to stay if you are in transit but also for several days Augusta is a great place to stay with an outdoor pool, a bar and a great restaurant. In addition, there is a safe and -at night- closed parking. The rooms are spacious, clean and equipped with all amenities such as a good bed, air conditioning, a refrigerator, a desk to work at with TV and a spacious bathroom. This location borders the world-famous circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya which also offers the opportunity to occasionally encounter the best racing teams there. Augusta is located about half an hour from the center of Barcelona and is therefore also an excellent base for tourist visits and business appointments. This diversity of visitors also means that upon my arrival there is always a welcome with a smile and that, within the possibilities, they are happy to think along to make special wishes come true, Thank you again, Ronald van der Meijden

During my stay everything was well arranged from A to Z, so no reason to complain.

The friendly staff (breakfast lady with glasses was especially nice and the staff that worked the bar & restaurant Saturday night), they made the staff pleasant. The easy access to the pool and other areas.

It seemed there were many rules, the restaurant did not serve food by the tree area (outside) because it was August (we did not understand the relationship here given the hotel seemed fully booked - car park was full). The could only be seated in a specific area with our small dog. It’s a dog hotel but had no area or small water access outdoor for the dogs. The room did not have a double bed even if we paid extra, it only had two twin beds joint, a small mattress from Ikea can be placed to join them.

I had booked a queen or king bed. Got stuck with a tiny bed and could rest as expected.Contacted lobby and they just didn't help. I was told your stuck it was a booking mistake and contact booking.

Easy access from AP-7.Two car charger in front of main entrance.Nice staff.

The property is located nicely on top of a hill with beautiful views.

It looks and feels cheap. More like a two stars hotel than the four one it says it is. The AC didn’t work. One tiny soap for two people. There’s nothing ne of those shower gel/sampoo/conditioner bottle in the bath that does nothing. No tissues. I asked for a kettle in the room - not available. It really feels like an Ibis Budget but has the price of a four star.

It was easy to find after a long day of international travel. Very clean and modern. Room was clean and efficient. The on-site restaurant was very good for both dinner and breakfast.

Has a cheap, business like feel and I found the staff not very helpful (several). My towels were changed every day despite keeping them on the hooks which was disappointing as there were clear signs to help the environment by reusing towels.
