$5 dollar bottle wine was the only thing we loved in this hotel

The night when we checked in it was mid night we had 4 travel suitcases and after confirming the rooms the staff says that the lift does not work. she clearly know's when we walked in to the door and worst part is she gave us the room on the 3rd floor

we paid a premium price for the room due to there being a festival on- yet there was no service to get there (circuit)- and no taxis available. also the website misinforms how far of a walk that is.

It’s a bit far from the city of Barcelona

Everything was ok, the room was clean and cozy.

We only stayed a night, there was nothing wrong.

Breakfast was convenient. Some staff were helpful (not all).

The restaurant and bar wasn't open, so we had to travel into the closest town for food where public transport was very poor and unreliable. Meaning myself and my 20 weeks pregnant girlfriend had to walk a long distance on more than one occasion. The staff, when checking in, could barely understand English and told us wrong information.

We were staying at hotel h for the f1 Grand Prix weekend and it is walking distance to the track. Hotel was basic but clean. They provided a free shuttle bus service to the track on the Saturday and Sunday which was perfect however didn’t provide one back but this didn’t bother us as the location was so close to the circuit (around a 40 minute walk if you exit by grandstand H) They also provided a picnic to take with us for a small fee- everything was thought about to make the Grand Prix weekend run smoothly! Perfect hotel for F1!

The price is reasonable.

I can hear everything what's happening in another rooms. Hotel needs some renovations.

I loved the 24-hour service. I loved that they had a reatraunt downstairs and also one down the street that had the best wings. Services at both places are great.

They had no mirrors in any of the rooms except in the bathroom. It was difficult as I never use that room to put on my makeup. They did have mirrors in the halls..alot of them. So I found myself in the hall with a chair to hold my makeup as I applied in the hall. WHY no mirrors in rooms? I still like my room and my stay

Not enough toiletries, complementary water

Breakfast was not up to mark.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The restaurant was closed for refurbishment and according to the hotel for a period of 2 years. As we flew in and then had to rely on taxis, to be told by one member of staff on several occasions it was not possible to order one wasn’t very helpful.

Breakfast was fine, location , rural and isolated, good for the racing circuit but that's all.

Location for Catalunya Circuit

Room was tired & in need of decorating. Very noisy as another room had a spa type bath that they used during the night. Very thin walls. The bathroom was tiny & only a bath. You had to sit sideways on the toilet because it was too close to the sink. The restaurant was closed which we didn’t know about and there was nothing else within walking distance.

The room was well appointed with good climate control and a large smart TV.The staff was very friendly, professional and accomodating.Location was perfect for our needs.It was nice to have free parking. The dirt and gravel surface was inconvenient for wheeled luggage, especially during and after a rain storm.

For the (modest) extra price charged, the breakfast could have been more complete and probably should be included.It would be nicer to have more than just 2 bath towels... face cloths for make-up removal and hand towels are standards in most hotels.

The location was great for our trip to WSB And the village was lovely.A nice bar restaurant just up the road.

The big bed and mirror on the ceiling was a plus. The food at the restaurant was amazing (try the ribs!!!)

It was a bit far away from the center, but connected with public transport.

booked twin and double room.restaurant was excellent- food was amazing.twin room 108 was very good, with plenty of room, a sofa and decent sized bathroom with a useable toilet.beds very comfortable.very good price.

room 109 double room was dreadful- the bathroom was utterly ridiculous. the toilet was so close to the sink unit my legs didnt fit and i am only 5'4. absolutely not suitable to anyone over 5 foot, disabled, elderly or anyone with knee problems. virtually impossible to use the toilet. dingy, ugly rooms, need a bit of tlc. bare walls, dark purple felt type material on the lower walls, utterly dreadful decor.the curb into the hotel parking is very high and caused damage to our bmw car front bumper. it urgently needs fixing, to avoid clients claiming compensation for the damage caused.such a shame, has so much potential just needs a couple of things to rectify to make it excellent.
