out of the way, more like hostel, than hotel . lighting in room, didn't work fully.

The staff were very nice, the rooms clean and thr overall experience was nice. The fact that is very close to the circuit makes it perfect for any motorsport fans visiting the track.

We have stayed in ibis Montmelo many times over the last fifteen years years travelling up and down to Alicante , the food and kitchen staff were always excellent this time was so different. The girl from the check in desk and the two kitchen staff spent most of the time smoking outside on the decking area which meant it took a long time to check in also the restaurant smelled badly of cigarette smoke When they came back in to reception and the kitchen none of the staff washed there hands which is unacceptable , We had a table booked in the restaurant for 7-30 that evening so we had a couple of drinks before opening time it got to 7.45 and yet again the three staff were outside smoking there were no tables set up in the restaurant and no food being cooked in the kitchen as there used to be. The time got to 7-50 so we gave up and just went o our room Very disappointed with this stay standard s have slipped greatly distinct lack of leadership on the nighttime restaurant . I must ad the breakfast restaurant was well set up and the staff were lovely

Ok room and paid parking inside opposed to on the streets. They had fortunately dinner possibility. Good for s night sleep while driving to Spain

We arrived at 9pm and our room was freezing and we could not get it to warm up. It was still freezing when we woke the next morning so we could not shower or stay in the room. We quickly left after breakfast to get warm in the car

Clean and modern rooms. Staff is nice and informative. Beds are comfy and room design feels more premium than what you would expect from a budget hotel. It is great that the hotel is pet friendly as well

PARKING!!! they charge extra for the underground parking that first of all remains open so there's not much protection as one may expect, and secondly parking spaces are not even suited for a Fiat 500. All columns have scratches all over. PLEASE FIX THIS or at least inform guests that medium cars don't fit... large I don't even want to mention, it is just impossible

The horrible smell all around the hotel and also inside the hotel (at the reception). We did not enter the room because our children started vomiting at the reception. We wanted to cancel the stay at the reception but there was not anybody (supervisor) who could make it. So, the reception guy (A.M.) signed the official complaint form (I have it on paper), confirmed that there was a horrible smell, and recommended that we contact the hotel tomorrow. We had to continue on our journey and found different accommodation (great experience with 3 small vomiting children in the dark evening - 19:42). And now the SURPRISE is coming: the hotel did not agree with the reservation cancelling and insisted on valid the payment... Do you want to know why? Here is the official part of text we got from the hotel: "...When you book a room through booking.com all the modifications, tramits or claims has to be done via booking.com. We are sorry that your experience did not match your expectations, however, the hotel is not responsible of things that can not control, as the smell outside the hotel, when inside the hotel everything is fine and in the room too.The clients did not enter in the room, they came directly to the hotel to claim the refund, but did not check the room inside because they did not went inside..." It is funny when you can check by video-cams how we are waiting 15 minutes at the reception and filling the form with the reception guy. Of course, we informed Booking.com immediately (next day). PLEASE TAKE A NOTICE, THAT THIS IS my first negative feedback published to the Hotel Ibis after 10 years of using Booking.com as a satisfied customer.

Good location for racing people. The hotel is ok, an IBIS.

In my opinion the breakfast was minimal.

Although we arrived too late for the restaurant, the chef rustled up a delicious fresh cooked pizza. This set the tone for the stay. The staff were really friendly.For the MOTOGP it was perfect ? shout out to Maria and Emanuella ??

For the price, location and how busy it was ( unexpectedly so due to the last minute change of track for the MOTOGP because of Valencia flooding) I can’t fault it

restaurant could do with more staff, the poor girl and chef were working very hard but we were still waiting a bit much! wouldn't say we had a bad experience! food was good and we were relaxing!

We really liked the attached restaurant because there's no other restaurant nearby. This hotel has the typical Ibis standards with comfortable beds, a mini bathroom and free secure parking underground (height ca. 2m).

The shower temperature was a bit unstable.

very clean rooms and public areas , very friendly staff . Nice little restaurant with fairly good options and open till 2200 . Breakfast was ok . I will use it again .I would imagine it's quite noisy and busy when race days etc are on but otherwise lovely and quiet in the evenings

Although there is underground parking there is only limited space at ground level for taller vehicles and larger vans would have to park on another car par area opposite the hotel . I wouldn't have been happy leaving it there . It's right beside the race track on one side and an industrial area on the other which may put people off

Location was fantastic - literally 30 minutes in to hospitalet. Was absolutely perfect couldnt fault it.Easy, no stress. Plenty of parking, shower was fantastic Nice coffee, and the morning staff were absolutely lovely and really helpful. I have on going work in Barcelona from now onwards and will continue to stay at this hotel every couple of weeks as price and location just fantastic

Location of property to track for race events. The property was clean and the staff was very friendly. Onsite restaurant was nice for breakfast and dinner after long days at the track.

Would like to have a store onsite with hair products and other basic toiletries.

room was comfortable, breakfast was good. It is best to order breakfast as this hotel is not near any other breakfast or dinner facility. Dinner was good too.

No good connections to the north entrance of the circuit. Need to move with taxi.
