Regina Cristina Hotel

Big room, big bed, great location, clean.

No iron in the room.

Over priced for the facilities and services offered. The rooms are outdated. elevator is small, often non functional. The pool was removed. The pictures of the rooms are deceiving.

The view was breathtaking from the third floor sea view room. They also let us store our luggage there while we walked around the island, which was very nice.

Besides the view nothing was 4 Star about this place. The bed was just two beds put together. Also there was no fitted sheet on the bed or comforter. Just one sheet was used to make up the bed, which doesn''t seem very 4 Star like.

Front desk man on early evening ( 5-6) shift with thinning hair was rude and basically unwilling to help me with internet service trying to check in my flight .

The front desk staff was amazing specially Flora & Emanuela, so welcoming and attentive to our needs. They guided us to the best restaurants and sites to see. Breakfast had a nice spread and the hotel restaurant was excellent. Location of the hotel is the best in the heart of Capri. Everything is walking distance

The Location was perfect, the view of our room, the staff on reception was so kind, the pizza on restaurant was very good as well

Front desk staff were really helpful and kind. Location was incredible.

Our room was boiling hot, the aircon was either broken or wouldn’t go below 20, our room was like a sauna the entire stay. The bar next door blasts insanely loud music til midnight so we didn’t get much sleep. The woman working the breakfasts was rude and barked at us every morning about what our room number was or whether we’d finished our meal. Not a very relaxing experience and won’t be returning

Emmanuela at the concierge is truly amazing. She helped me throughout my stay to make the check-in and check-out processes as seamless as possible. I was feeling a bit unwell, and she helped me find a doctor right away! She is truly great and I definitely recommend the hotel!

excellent breakfast. The balcony ocean view is amazing, watching sunset at balcony is relaxing.Staff is friendly and the hotel restaurant is great as well, we ended up having two dinners there.

Gorgeous property just off the main strip so a little less busy but 1 minute away. Lovely property and views and the staff were so helpful and phenomenal

There was no hot water for my shower. If they knew the water was compromised on the island, I wish they would have told me...my daughter showered at night and had tepid water...I would not have waited til morning if I'd been told they water would not be warm yet.

Beautiful room. Friendly and professional staff. Good food. Excellent base to explore the island.

Friendly, helpful, polite staff, excellent location, clean comfortable rooms with nice balconies, breakfast exceeded our expectations!

The location was great as well as the food.

They agreed to refund me for the night that a storm hit Capri and all the ferries were canceled so I could not reach the island. They said they would do this through a wire transfer and tried to do that but did not add all the information I supplied to them so the transfer did not go through.I contacted them multiple times to resolve the situation and all they keep telling me is that they will look into it. I have still not been refunded and it has already been a month.

Unfriendly personell, no reduction /compensation for leakage into room during storm. Restaurant staff not very service minded and dinner food not up to expectations. Overprized.

It was very close to the Piazza and the Gardens of Augustus as well as Via Krupp. It was very easy to get around and the view from our room was unbelievable. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming everyday. Also the restaurant was really nice and we enjoyed breakfast in the breakfast room every morning. It was also just down the street from where the busses and taxi’s were as well as the tram. Nicola was an absolute star and we most definitely will come back in the future

The hotel was at perfect location as we wanted, the room was clean, and the staff was very polite and helpful. Would really recommend this hotel to anyone. Really Enjoyed our stay here!!
