Location is excellent, close to the port - walking distance

I asked for a late checkout to avoid the crowded ferry, but the staff refused, so I had to leave very early morning. Lost half a day on the island..

Nice place. Great people Hotel is near to the beach and near to the center of the city. The beach is a public beach so it is not related to the hotel honestly.

Everything was perfect close to the ferry station and the marina, the staff were very nice from vincenzo during the day the night guy and the lady in the morning (sorry i don’t remember the name) but everyone was nice it was very clean except one thing there was no hot water in our room except from that perfect

I had a fantastic experience at Palatium Mari Hotel in Capri. The location was amazing, just a short walking distance from the marina, which made it very easy to explore the island.My room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Each morning, I enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which offered a wide variety of food to choose from.What truly stood out was the friendly and helpful staff. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, and when I requested some special arrangements, they handled everything perfectly and made sure all my needs were met.Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would gladly return. I highly recommend Palatium Mari to anyone planning a trip to Capri!

It was less than 10 minutes walking from the ferry. Nice little bar and clean room. Possible to walk over the old footpath to Anacapri.

The bathroom was a bit old and could use new paint.

The property is littlenout dated but some location. Only suggestion don’t try to walk from port to property with luggage it’s pretty steep walk and we struggled for this. But is walkable without luggage or you can hire a taxi for $20 from the port .

Little old and there was water leaking in one place in our bedroom and also the toilet flush tank kept on leaking and making sound whole night. Ther is also issue of ants in the morning.

The staff was amazing they went above and beyond and were available at all times to give advice and assist us. We had the best view and the location could not be beat

Bed was quite soft and toilet had issues flushing but Capri plumbing was an issue everywhere

The location is perfect, so beautiful. The staff are wonderful and the hotel is just perfect. Rooms were nice and breakfast was good.

What I didn't like had nothing to do with the hotel. It was the enormous amount of people on the island, so crowded and tourist laden (I'm part of the problem). The locals, cabbies, seemed to have a hate/love with tourism. Love the funds, hate the tourists and there were several times we felt like we had been maybe overcharged for certain things. Ask the prices in advance especially for the cabs.

Close location to the port. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy luggage storage both before and after checkin.

I like the hotel and its facilities especially how close and well connected is with Capri. I love how accommodating is the staff for every request you might have.

There is nothing I didn’t like it.

Natasha was exceptionally courteous and the owner when he knew I was going to use the sofa bed he prepared it as a bed for me.Also they gave us a lot of tips for doing things in the island.

Great location in walking distance to the harbour and bus / taxi stand.

Extra cost if using things in the kitchen.

Room was a bit dmall

The staff were extremely helpful, great for restaurant recommendations , booking the restaurants and for help with day trips.

We booked and paid extra to have a room with a view and terrace both of which were perfect however the bed was a pull out couch bed and was easily one of the worst beds we have ever slept on. The breakfast was also terrible; stale pastries, a bad coffee machine and poor selection.

Great location! You Can walk from the port to the hotel and to many places of interest! The room was spacious and staff very friendly! We booked a boat tour thru the hotel and it was great! Our housekeeper was wonderful!

The room just needs some upgrades! However everything is in working condition!

Location was great and pool area was lovely.

Restaurants not very close. We had lunch there it was terrible but breakfast was okay.

Location, cleanliness, attentive and friendly staff, great breakfast, great food and drinks for reasonable prices, nice pool, and great views from our balcony, great value.

The bed was really uncomfortable since it was a sofa bed with no support in the middle causing us to sink into the middle of the mattress with some discomfort in the morning.

The facilities were clean and the staff was awesome. Taxi did not come one day and the the staff gave us a ride to the Square. They were great and the bartenders and front desk staff were especially awesome. I would recommend this place. It is a short walk from the port or you can take a taxi.

The only thing was the bed had memory foam. it was good, but we sunk into it. But we were tired and made the most of it.
