The staff provided excellent service. They make you feel like family and are truly invested to making your vacation the best experience possible. They are pleasant, informative, warm, and helpful. The property was beautiful. The hotel was meticulously clean and perfectly designed.The tiles and decor are bright and welcoming.

Absolutely amazing stay — warm and welcoming staff, great location, beautiful sea-view room, fantastic food by Chef Antonio Balbi, plus a heated pool and relaxing massages — one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at!

Outstanding staff, with a remarkable sense of hospitality. The hotel is gorgeous and super well located. Their F&B experience is simple yet refined, hitting all the marks.

Not enough plugs in the room, makes charging devices inconvenient. The price is high, but well worth the cost.

This hotel is a 5 star hotel. But we confidently add another star for the fantastic care of the staff for every guest. Such attentive attitude we have not seen anywhere else in the world! And 1 extra star for the attitude and professionalism of the admin guys, who actually lived these days with us and did everything to declare - La Minerva is the best hotel on Earth. Thank you Antonino, Fabio and everyone for this unforgettable vacation!

Our host was amazing, and very knowledgeable about the island. The hotel is very well place, the design is absolutely charming, the rooms are facing the sea… an absolute delight.

Everything about this hotel is wonderful, The owners are warm and beyond accommodating. The staff is perfect, the hotel is beautiful and the food is delicious.I was sad to leave.

For the price we paid we expected much more. For example, room didnt have a bath tub. Room size was small for the price we paid.Again, its the price that puts us off a little.

This is an amazing boutique hotel, with absolutely lovely staff. From the moment you arrive at the harbour we already felt warm welcoming. Ah, the bar service is fantastic! Either for a dinner or after dinner when coming back. We truly recommend the La Minerva experience!

Everything was perfect from start to finish. We stayed 2 nights as part of our honeymoon. This was by far the best place we stayed and everything you would expect from a small luxury hotel. The GM and all staff were extremely friendly. Especially being American it never felt like a barrier for communication which was hard to find in other places we went. The room would stunning, clean and had a killer view. The turn down service was awesome and made us feel warm and welcoming as we came into the room after a long day of exploring. The breakfast was EXCELLENT. We didn’t do dinner at the hotel but I’m sure it was just as good. I got a massage that was absolute perfection, she was amazing. We honestly can’t rave about this hotel enough. Please stay here you will not regret it!

Honestly there was nothing we didn’t like. Staff was professional and communicative. They gave us anything we needed or asked for. Helped us make travel plans, they went above and beyond time and time again.

The most beautiful hotel we have ever been to. Everything about it is perfect. The setting, decor, staff, breakfasts and restaurant are first class. I can not recommend enough.

This hotel has a great vibe and atmosphere, with a focus on customer comfort. Location is great just a few steps from Capri town centre, shops, restaurants etc. There is a number of bueatiful hikes and walks which you could do directly from the hotel

So welcoming! Immaculate and beautiful property and room. Rooftop terrace and pool were gorgeous. Little extras that you would not expect made the stay very special! Great location away from the throngs of people but only a couple minutes walk.
