The view from the pool was breathtaking. We also loved the location of the hotel to all the high end shops & restaurants.

The front desk staff could have been more helpful. We wanted to stay an extra night. They were full supposedly. The woman concierge said she'd look to see if anywhere else on the island, with a pool, had availability. She said there was nothing. There w

The staff was so amazing, we had the best experience. It truly felt like we were VIP.

The staff was exceptional. They went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. Loved the modern, old charm and the serene location.

Pool neighbors are rundown. Would be nice to block them with tall plants or ivy.

It was clean and comfortable and breakfast was perfect.

The price of food in the restaurant was not valuable. The portion was so small but price was so high. And they do not have the heated swimming pool

Staffs are really kind and friendly. They are always checking we are doing well or anything else to help. The room is big and typical Capri interior (white, blue and yellow flowers). The breakfast room has a nice view. You can order any breakfast menu and fresh made.

You should locked your room manually.

Everything! From the welcome drink to the free breakfast and views, everything at this hotel far exceeded my expectations!

Nothing, I liked it all!

The breakfast was great, the staff were extremely nice and helpful and the bed was comfy. We came in the low season and the hotel upgraded our rooms for free which was nice of them.

The rooms are a bit dated, the bath requires major renovation, the water pressure was quite low and the water wasn't hot enough. Had they given the room a design touch and the bath a renovation this hotel was a solid 10.

Location, free upgrade was a nice touch, tge breakfast was simply awesome and the staff were outstanding. Special mention on the excellent service of the restaurant manager- Antonio. Amazing service.

The pool was beautiful but a heated pool would be more beautiful.

The hotel is absolutely immaculate, with beautifully kept rooms and an amazing sea view that made waking up each morning unforgettable. To my delight, I was even upgraded to a sea view room without asking—a thoughtful gesture that made the experience extra special.From the moment we arrived, every staff member was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Their hospitality and attention to detail made us feel completely at home. The location is ideal—close enough to easily reach Capri town, yet tucked away in a peaceful spot where you can truly relax and enjoy the scenery. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fresh and delicious options to start the day right.Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations—from the cleanliness to the service to the breathtaking views. I would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend Hotel La Floridiana to anyone visiting Capri.

The staff went above and beyond to help us with any of our needs. The hotel was very clean and the location was amazing. Antoino in the bar was truly amazing! The view was great from the restaurant.

Nothing. I cant think of a thing wrong with this place. We stayed at multiple hotels in many cities in Italy and this was by far our favourite.

Pool, lobby, location

I had a bad experience with another hotel and switched to this one….I can’t say enough good things about this property. It’s impeccably clean, the staff are beyond helpful, and the accommodations are better than what you expect from a 4 star hotel. They provided me with an upgrade to a balcony room upon my arrival which was an unexpected surprise. The breakfast is amazing with buffet and also can order off the menu for no additional fee, including omelettes. They also provide a welcome drink and are at your disposal to help with anything you need. The pool area is great with stunning views. I don’t think the photos of this property do itself justice.

Our room was a bit noisy in the early morning since it was just below the restaurant, but it wasn’t a big issue.

This was an excellent hotel. The staff were all amazing, friendly, and helpful. The room was fantastic. The location was central to stores and the main square but still quiet.

There was no WiFi in the room. Only on the balcony and in the toilet.

Great Location in Center of Capri, great views & breakfast, loved everything thing in this hotel, and would come back to it.
