Location and staff was fabulous

There was no hot water I had to take a cold shower,after I had them fix the problem it lasted 10 min and it got cold again

The pool overlooks one of the best views on Capri as shown on their web site. The service was impeccable; buffet breakfast included with a wide variety and specialty coffees. It's more secluded being accessed from a pedestrian-only path overlooking the sea, Marina Piccola and the Gardens of Augustus. I can see why people come back to Villa Brunella every year for their holiday. It is a quiet and romantic property. The beds were very comfortable.

Beautiful stunning place. The stuff was so warm and helpful. The views from the hotel are absolutely fascinating. Loved the shower products – they were from a beautiful Capri brand.

Expected more from the breakfast. Instant coffee in the room is not a very Italian thing (Nescafé)? A coffee machine would be nice.

chocolate almond cake was a favorite; customized coffee service was nice... expresso, cappuccino, etc

Beautiful property with one of the few pools in positano and boasting incredible views. The staff from day 1 until we left were so incredible, we received a room upgrade with a beautiful view and a Dyson hairdryer.

Drinks were quite expensive even compared to the high prices all over the area

The staff made our stay feel very homely and were so kind throughout. We loved the pool area and the room was large with a huge living area and bedroom. The views were spectacular. The reception staff were so organized in moving our bags to and from the port via the porters and hotel staff

It was a bit of a walk from the town center, which really was not that bad. Walking home alone it felt a little dark

It’s was a magical dream. So very beautiful and the staff was kind and accommodating. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. It’s off the beaten path but not far from town, which makes it so peaceful. Wish I could have stayed for a week. The views were breathtaking. Loved it so much!

Our stay at Villa Brunella was nothing short of exceptional. The panoramic views over Capri were breathtaking, and the atmosphere exuded timeless elegance. The staff were warm, attentive, and truly elevated the experience. From the beautifully appointed rooms to the serene poolside and impeccable service, every detail reflected luxury and care. A truly unforgettable escape.

Location was amazing and the views were spectacular! We had a room with a balcony and all the detail to decorating was beautiful in the room. Beautiful Marano glass, light fixtures, and beautiful ceramics in our room. Very beautiful property located on a gorgeous street.

Every morning our breakfast was delightful & the gentlemen at the pool restaurant were so sweet, OUTSTANDING SERVICE, especially PePe and Francisco!!!! Dinners at the L'Agave were FANTASTIC! The reception staff exceptional, professional and friendly!!!! Most gorgeous view, loved the location and spotlessly maintained!! Gorgeous Gardens with Lemon Trees everywhere!!!

The villa was amazing, it had fascinating view from the balcony, the restaurant served delicious food and the staff are the best! They are very friendly, helpful, you can ask them millions of questions and still they answer you with a smile. They guide you in your trip and give very good suggestions on where to go and where to eat.

Great Hotel. Perfect location very near to main street with all stores and main square. Great staff , good amenities and bed to die for ( so comfortable)Room was big with cute small terrace outside. Great restaurant and views were breathtaking.

Only the minus is a breakfast. Very small variety of everything. Consider to have light bite of bread cheese and egg.

A beautiful hotel in a great location. Just a 10 mins walk to the main square where you can get the funicular down to the marina. The pool area was lovely, with amazing views. Clean hotel, lovely staff that couldn’t do enough to help.

There wasn’t anything at all that we didn’t like.

The views alone are worth this stay, Truly breathtaking and a prime location for two of the best beach clubs in Capri Fontelina and Da Luigi. Also only a very short stroll into the town centre. We also loved the in house restaurant and of course the staff were incredible also.

The suites are large and updated with beautiful views of the water. The concierge, Michele, was wonderful. I cannot say enough about how helpful the hotel was in booking transportation and restaurant reservations. Everything during our stay was seamless.

Had a wonderful 4 night stay and wish it was longer and would love to come back to stay. Lovely breakfast and lunch area adjacent to swimming pool with an amazing water view. An easy stroll into the main square of Capri.

There was nothing to dislike.
