- The rooms needed renovation. I think like many other places in Capri.The water pressure in the shower was weak.There was no coffee maker or kettle in the room.The staff could smile sometimes, they looked unfriendly, as if they were suffering from their job. I felt awkward asking for anything.
- Pool service is until 6:30 pm. After that time the pool closes and you are not allowed to be there at all.Breakfast is poor. Eggs get cold since they do not put a warmer under the recipient that carries them.

The location is just amazing, very central. Garden view from the room is beautiful and no worse than a sea view. Big swimming pool. Very cute lemon garden for lunch. Clean facilities. Helpful and responsive reception staff.

The hotel is nicely located right in the center of Capri, which made it easy to walk everywhere. The rooms were spacious and had great views. The staff was also friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The location is excellent—right in the center of Capri. The restaurant features a garden filled with lemon trees, making dining there a unique experience. The staff at both the restaurant and the pool were friendly and welcoming.
We had to make a last-minute booking because of an unexpected issue, and for the price, there were several disappointing aspects. The bathrooms are very outdated—dating back to the 1980s—and are in serious need of renovation. The provided shampoos and amenities were in poor condition and felt very low quality. Overall, the rooms could use modern updates, and the pool area also seemed quite dated.

Nothing, it was absolutely perfect.
Everything about the staff, the reception, the service and the location is more than wonderful. Their constant cooperation and direct communication via WhatsApp before coming to the hotel is sufficient and all services are available for transporting luggage and people from the port to the hotel.
